Jaljala's abilities apply a stack that lasts for 7 seconds (max 5), each stack applied amplifies Jaljala's damage from all sources against the target by 5%. For each enemy champion marked Jaljala gains 5% attack speed and 5 energy regen.

Notes

Multiple blinks champion, similar to Lee, Kassadin, Katarina, Akali and Diana, focused on single target nukes rather than AoE, energy based so you can't build mana to blink more often, can be built AP, AD or hybrid, I think AD would be most successful.
