Abilities

Marie's ult is available from level one, it is form switch like Jayce and Elise, but does not have 2 movesets for every stance, instead each ability benefits diffrently from each stance.

Flexible Armor

Marie passivly gains bonus stats and give half the amount to nearby allies.

Armored: Marie gains 4 / 8 / 12 / 16 Armor, MR, Health and Mana Regen.

Naked: Marie gains 35 Movement Speed, 4 / 8 / 12 / 16 Attack and Ability Power and 5 % Cooldown Reduction.

Naked: Marie deals bonus magic damage and at a cost of health equal to 50% of total damage she deals. (Can't go bellow 1)

Notes

Marie is CC Tank support, closest to Leona, but she has more utility but no gap closer, I guess she can be played AP as well, but she would be able to farm well.
Her Q is somewhat reverse Skarner's ult, you stick to them and slow them down, the slow amount is relative to Nasus' which is not small amount, but it is channeled and you have to stick with them unlike Nunu's, plus it has shorter range (Almost Melee).
W is an AoE like Amumu or Hecarim, nothing too high, with a potential for perma active.
E is a shield, chose which do you want, a burst block or longer duration for the MS. R is the stance toggle, switching does not reset abilties' CD, but gives the bonuses in the passive and Udyr-like stun and Ali's durability.
