Aquazus, the Living Vapor is a champion in League of Legends designed for Lykrast's Custom Champion Contest [1].

Guess I might add some extra info on the champion because why not. So Aquazus is designed to be a mage tank with the ability to control the pace of fights. His only real offense lies in his two powerful AOE spells, the first is unfortunately easy to avoid and latter has a large cooldown. To confirm his damage, Aquazus can use his Urgot inspired ability, Vanishing Mist, to control the positioning of his targets. Basic combo would be to cast Steam Burst where Aquazus is when an enemy is in range of Vanishing Mist, switch places with them and watch your foes get a little hot and bothered. If you're worried of possible punishment upon engaging with Vanishing Mist, use Condensation before your combo to prepare for possible retaliation. Ionization gives Aquazus immediate teamfight presence and the ability to quickly position yourself for the perfect Vanishing Mist. Eye of the Storm

Being an entity of gas, Aquazus ignores unit collision and everytime he cast an ability he gains a stack of Vaporization, these stacks do not deteriorate over time. Upon reaching 4 stacks, Aquazus consumes the stacks and restores 6% / 8% / 10% of his max health. Respective increases in percent happen at the following levels: 1 / 5 / 10.

Endless Exceptions Burst2

Active: Aquazus conjures a concentration of steam that detonates after 1.5 seconds dealing magic damage at a target 250 radius area.

  • Magic Damage: 80 / 130 / 180 / 230 / 270 (+ 80% AP) (+ 2.5% of Aquazus' max health)


Condensation
COST: 90 mana
COOLDOWN: 15 / 14 / 13 / 12 / 11
ZPPHR PowerShield

Active: Aquazus condenses himself reducing the damage he takes for the next 4 seconds by 20%. During this reduced damage period, Aquazus is effected by unit collision. After the 4 seconds, Aquazus generates a shield based on the damage he received. The shield lasts for up to 10 seconds.

  • Base Shield: 80 / 120 / 160 / 200 / 240 (+ 20% AP)
  • Percent of Damage converted into Shield: 4% / 6% / 8% / 10% / 12%


Vanishing Mist

Wind Wall

Active: Aquazus targets an enemy champion and channels for 1 second, slowing the target by 50% for the duration, as well as creating a tether. If the tether remains unbroken the will channel complete causing Aquazus and the target swap positions. The target is also slowed by 50% for 2 seconds.

Caporai GSB stealth

Active: Aquazus releases an immense amount of steam inflicting magic damage to enemies in an area around him. The steam persists for 3 seconds and while Aquazus is in the steam he is stealthed and gains 30% movement speed. After the 3 seconds the steam is drawn back to Aquazus dealing magic damage and pulling in enemies that are still in the steam. Enemies are pulled at most 600 units to Aquazus' location.

  • Magic Damage per hit: 130 / 180 / 230 (+ 60% AP)
  • Total Magic Damage: 260 / 360 / 460 (+ 120% AP)
