Vex has no unit collision. When Vex moves continuously in a straight line, he gradually gains 50 / 60 / 70 movement speed over 4 seconds.
Vex also converts 3 / 5 / 7% of his movement speed into bonus percent attack speed.

Active: Vex rockets forward along a target line, dealing physical damage to all enemies hit, knocking them back in the direction of the initial cast. Vex also releases a fiery blast from his jet pack upon casting, dealing magic damage to enemies in a small area behind him.
Active: Vex performs a flying back-flip while shooting fire from his jet pack in a line in front of and behind him. Enemies hit take magic damage.
Vex then gains a burst of movement speed for 2 seconds.
Active: Vex lobs a smoking grenade at a target area. After hitting the ground, the grenade rolls slowly in the direction it was thrown, and grants vision in a 600 range that increases to 800 over 3 seconds. After 3 seconds, the grenade explodes, dealing magic damage to enemies hit and slowing them for 1.5 seconds.
The grenade can be manually detonated if Vex, or an enemy champion walks over it. If the grenade is detonated by Vex, he gains 20% movement speed for 1.5 seconds.
Active: Vex fires up his jet pack and flies upward for 4 seconds, gaining movement speed and spitting fire from his jet pack in a small area beneath him, dealing magic damage to enemies caught in its path and slowing them by 15% for 1 second. During the duration, Vex's movement is completely unlocked and he can openly fly over terrain. Vex is also immune to knockups, slows, and roots during the duration. If Vex is still hovering over terrain after the duration expires, he will immediately path to the nearest open space, and no actions can be taken until he arrives.
