Arcias the God of Death is a custom template champion in League of Legends.
Arcias hunger for blood makes him more refreshed regaining 10% of his current health when he kill a unit . Arcias will regain 10% of his max hp when he kill a champion
Active: Arcias fire a blood-red missile like structure in a straight line dealing damage and slowing units by 20% for 2 seconds

Toggle - On: Each attack deals radius damage the original target deals your current damage while all units in the area deals 50% only. Each Slam drains your mana

Active: Arcias surrounds himself with blazing fire dealing magic damage to all nearby units. The lower their hp is the higher the damage

Active: Arcias calls the depths of hell cracking the surface and releasing fire in a radius dealing damage. This can be cast several times with each cast increases the damage by 10% and the mana cost by 25%
