Carac possesses the Perseverance. A magical artifact that grants him and his allies bonus 5/8/11% movement and regenerates 2% of Carac's missing health every 15 seconds.

Active: Carac empowers his next basic attack gaining 50 bonus range and dealing bonus magical damage to his attack. Additionally if the target has a lower health below than 40% of its maximum health Magical Strike slows the unit for 30% for 2 seconds

If the champion has no manapool. The HP removal is increased by 50%. The stealed HP and MP are transferred back to the champion after 45 seconds.
