Rusty, the Mechanic is a custom champion in League of Legends and yes, I should feel bad for stealing these icons :(
Mechanical Fury: Rusty doesn't have mana instead he has Fury. His abilities need Fury to work. His fury is capped at 100. If he drained 100 fury Mechanical Fury goes on cooldown. After the cooldown Rusty's fury is full again.
Steam Hot Armor: Rusty gains 10 armor every 50 bonus AD.
Active: Rusty empowers his next attack for 5 seconds. The next attack made will deal bonus physical damage 
stun the target for 0.5 seconds and can 
critically strike dealing 40% AD as bonus damage.

Power Fist resets Rusty's autoattack timer.
Active: Rusty releases static charges to a targeted unit dealing them physical damage and 
slow them that decays over 3 seconds.

Passive: Rusty regenerates 2 fury per 10 seconds

Active: Rusty blasts a 300 radius with pure electric energy dealing them a mix of magical and physical damage and 
root them for 1 second.
Active: Rusty goes on overdrive increasing his attack speed and movement speed for the next 10 seconds and casting skills while Overdrive is active doesnt reduce his Fury.

Additionally, he can cast Overdrive again to end the duration and release an electromagnetic pulse dealing magical damage around a 300 radius him.
