Tear of Revenge
(Passive): Gains 1 Tear of Revenge for every nearby allied minion who dies.

(Active): Drops a living Tear to sense nearby enemies.

Tear of Pain
(Active):Drops a magically enhanced, Tear of Pain which evaporates into the air for 5 seconds.

On Ally: Takes an allies pain away, granting them up to 15%/20%/25%/30%/35% [divided by total champions currently being effected] of their maximim HP over 5 seconds (depending on their current HP).

Heals 20% if an ally's hp is below 50%, linearly less up as their health is higher. (Minimum flat 70/90/110/130/150 (+0.3 ap) heal [divided by total champions currently being effected])

On Enemy: Poisons based on how much pain they feel, dealing 35/60/85/110/135 (+0.25 AP) [divided by total champions currently being effected] magic damage per second and for each instance when health is lost (aside from the cause of this).

Liquify
(Active): Ocean liquifies her body becoming immune to all damage aside from AOE damage. Also immune to all effects other than chilling AOE effects, which double in intensity.

When liquified, Ocean can not attack or cast abilites or spells (other than Tear of Life), but she gains a bonus 50/65/80/95/110 movement speed.

There is a 1.5 second delay while Ocean solidifies, during this duration, she has no armor or magic resist; Ocean cannot move while solidifying.

Maximum liquifying time: 4/6/8/10/12 seconds.

Cooldown: 22 / 20 / 18 / 16 / 14 seconds

(Active): Ocean directs an allies pain to her own physical form, absorbing 70% [+level%] of all damage recieved on an ally, as true damage for 3/4/5 seconds. This ability may be activated again to be cancelled.
