Active: Thal connects with an ally and heals it. Then this ability can be cast again within 2 seconds to cause Thal and the connected ally to deal bonus physical damage to a targeted enemy. Using Pace while connected with an ally causes the ally to dash with you. The link lasts 4 seconds after the damage amp has been cast. Damage amp lasts for 4 seconds too.
Active: Thal creates a circle around him magically damaging nearby enemies on impact. Allies standing in the circle gain 10% life steal and bonus magic damage on-hit. Enemies standing in the circle are applied Grievous Wounds and can not cast healing spells. The circle lasts for 5 seconds.

Thal was born in Ionia, but was abducted into Noxus and was put under apprenticeship of Noxus high rules to master Dark Magics. They found out that he has immense powers to control wind and movement. Thal pursued these powers but was threatened to be exiled. He found a friend which was also abducted and they were planning on how to run away from Noxus. One day when they were ready for the escape, Thal used his powers to share power with his friend and they were able control their movement, using Dark Magics to kill their master. They then ran away to Ionia. In Ionia they met Master Yi and continued to train their powers.
