Omen, the Sentinel of the Void is a custom champion in League of Legends.

Omen is a naturally tanky melee fighter who excels at sticking to fleeing enemies and dealing with enemy tanks. Omen becomes more of a threat the longer a game goes on due to his passive ability, which is complimented by his natural sustain due to Devour. He is ideally played best in the top lane to bully enemy tanks with Devour's true damage and his health-swapping ultimate ability. However, he is also capable of playing in the jungle since Razor Spine and Terror/Hunter gives a good amount of crowd control in ganks, and he can once again sustain farming the jungle with Devour. Mid-lane and Support roles are also potential but sacrifice a lot of Omen's anti-tank presence.

Razor Spine

Active: Omen fires spikes from his back in a straight line. The first enemy hit is stunned, after which the spines travel beyond the initial target in the shape of a cone, slowing all additional enemies hit for 1.5 seconds.

  • Damage: 30 / 50 / 70 / 90 / 110 (+ 50% AD)
  • Stun Duration: 0.5 / 0.75 / 1 / 1.25 / 1.5 seconds
  • Slow Amount: 10% / 15% / 20% / 25% / 30%

Passive: Terror: Nearby enemies who do not have another friendly champion in nearby sight are slowed by 10% when they have their back to Omen.

Active: Hunter: Omen must be at 75% of his maximum health or less to use this ability. On activation, the passive slow of Terror is increased to 30% for 3 seconds. Omen loses health each second, regaining any health lost if he reaches and attacks an enemy affected by the slow before the 3 second duration ends.

Devour (Cast On Enemy Champion)

Active: Omen must be at 50% of his maximum health or less to use this ability. Omen takes a gaping bite out of an enemy, inflicting true damage at the cost of 5% of his own current health.

Active: Omen must be at 50% of his maximum health or less to use this ability. Omen consumes an enemy creature, dealing 500 true damage and healing himself if the ability kills the unit.

Soul Swap

Omen must be at 25% of his maximum health or less to use this ability. Soul Swap can only be cast on a single target with 50% of their maximum health or less remaining. After channelling for 1 second, Omen switches his % of maximum health remaining with the target. While channelling, Omen takes 20% increased damage from all sources and his target takes 20% reduced damage from all sources.
