All the champions are suddenly unlocked for you to play. All of them. For one week. Suddenly everyone is first-timing new champions or testing new builds or whatever. But here's the thing: Riot's made an event out of it and issued a challenge. Here's what they say, "For exactly one week, all 113 champions are unlocked and free to play. But in addition to that, there's a kicker: if you manage to play a game with ALL 113 champions this week, you will be given a code for a free skin of your choice."
Now, don't panic. It's not as stupid as it sounds. Look at it this way:
On one side, 113 is a very large number. Most people will see that, try out a couple new champs, but have no serious aim at playing EVERYONE. However, I think it IS doable. Let's be conservative and say the average game is 45 minutes. 45*113 is 5085 minutes. Divide that by 60 for the hours, and you have 84.75, which I'll round up to 85. Now, divide that by 7 for the days of the week and you get... 12.14 hours needed daily. That's... a lot. But let's look at the average LoL-er, me. I play from maybe 4 PM to 1AM on weekdays, and say 11AM to 1AM on weekends, on average. That's already 73 hours. So yeah, this would be a bit of a stretch, but it'd be a fun thing to do. And most people wouldn't do all that math, and would just run headlong into it and not complete it. So from Riot's perspective, They wouldn't be giving out TOO many skins, but they would be exposing ALL their champions to many players who haven't played many of them before. Purchases of champions in the store would likely go through the roof. So what do you guys think? Fun idea? Crazy idea? Comments are dooooown belooooow... \/ \/ \/
