Taric's basic spells and auto attacks build stacks of Gemcraft on Taric for 5 seconds. Reaching 3 stacks consumes them to grant Taric and the most wounded nearby ally 30% of Taric's bonus resistances for the next 5 seconds. For the following 10 seconds, Gemcraft stacks can be built up but not triggered again by the passive.

Active: Taric channels earthen energy to heal and haste a target allied unit. This spell consumes all current Gemcraft stacks, heals 20% more per stack and grants 3% bonus movement speed per stack for 3 seconds. Taric also recieves 50% of the total heal and movement speed buff for himself.
COST: 50 mana
Active: Taric places a ring of gemstones on an allied unit. After 1 second, the ring detonates in a 300-unit area. Any struck champions take bonus true damage from ally champions' autoattacks for the next 5 seconds.
True Damage: 5 / 10 / 15 / 20 / 25 (+ 2% of Taric's maximum health)
Active: Taric lays out a carpet of gems [imagine a two-row Jinx E, 4x2 gems, similar to Ziggs' E] for 5 seconds. Enemy champions detonate those gems upon contact, receiving Gemcraft stacks. Triggering one gem during the spell's duration will apply a 1,5 second 30% slow, triggering a second one will stun the target for 1,5 seconds. Each champion can trigger only a maximum of two gems.
COST: 100 mana
Active: Taric emits a dazzling wave of light from his armor, blinding all nearby champions in a 450 radius for 1,5 seconds and dealing magic damage. If more than one champion is hit with the first wave, another blinding wave of light is emitted for each struck enemy champion in intervals of 3 seconds. Each wave after the first one deals 50% damage.
