Cerris, the Lancer is a custom champion in League of Legends.
Cerris gains an additional 1 armor and magic resist for every 1% of his missing health.
Active: Cerris strikes across with his lance,damaging enemies in a 60 degree cone. Enemies within Cerris' attack range are silenced for 2 seconds, while enemies beyond his range are stunned for between 1-2 seconds based on distance from Cerris.

Active: Cerris spurs his horse, leaping forwards and damaging all enemies in a small area where he lands.

Active: Cerris shouts, slowing and reducing the armor of all enemies in a 70 degree cone front of him for 3 seconds.

Cerris replaces his passive armor and magic resist bonus from his passive with bonus movement speed and attack damage, affected by a multiplier, while taking an additional damage from all sources.
