Killer Consistency

Instead of bonus damage being dealt based on whether or not Raiden scored a critical hit, he gains a bonus on-hit increasing his damage by 1% for every 1% critical chance Raiden has, along with extra damage based on his bonus critical damage. Raiden also begins the game with 10% critical chance. Raiden can also move through units.

Active: Raiden dashes at an enemy, appearing on their left side, dealing physical damage, and applying on hit effects. All bonus damage from critical chance which is actually dealt to the target is then dealt as bleed damage.

Raiden was removed from the order for one simple reason, he failed to warn his superiors of the Noxian attack on the Citadel in time, costing countless Justicar lives. Raiden's guilt wracked him for weeks, until finally, he vowed to take the fight to Noxus, and have revenge his own way, while his former companions strike the Noxians in Ionia. No Noxian is safe from Raiden's blades, and soon, all of Noxus will know the meaning of loss. A city can only stand for so long...
