Levi, The Bladed Juggler is a custom champion made by Chase999.
this character has not been too interesting, so he will be in the phantom circus but not as one of the first string characters.
As of now, If my kitty still doesn't get more comments i'll be ice boxing him.
Cat's Eye: Tunnel Vision
Levi marks a single enemy within an area of him with Bull's Eye. Levi's attack speed increases by 3.5% whenever he attacks the enemy with Bull's Eye. If he ever attacks an enemy without bull's eye he loses all attack speed gained immediately and the enemy attacks gains bull's eye. if the enemy with bull's eye dies, Levi immediately marks another target.
COST: 10 health
COOLDOWN: 10 / 9 / 8 / 7 / 6
Active: Levi's next attack is empowered, dealing bonus damage to the next enemy hit. This Knife deals the same damage to all enemies in the way. if the targeted enemy is marked with Bull's Eye, the next knife will do the same thing. please note whenever he gets one of these knives he still pays the cost. THis does not synergize with Runaan's Hurricane
Active: Levi sends a knife at a targeted area, after a 1 second delay, knives fall around the area around initial knife. if the initial knife hits a enemy then knives fall around the enemy with the knife. if the enemy hit by the initial knife is marked with bull's eye then that enemy will be dealt damage by the initial knife. (Please Note: The initial knife does not normally deal damage)
Active: Levi blinks to a targeted location, leaving behind a Bladed Illusion if an enemy champion marked with Bull's Eye comes within its explosion radius it immediately explodes, dealing damage to the enemy and slowing them. The Illusion can also explode by reactivating this ability. This ability does not go on cool down till the Illusion is gone. the illusion only lasts for 1.5 seconds

Kitty Claws Technique: Last Life, Last Call, Death by Claws.

Levi targets an enemy, blinks behind them and slices their throats. The Enemy is dealt damage and is silenced for the duration. if a marked enemy dies by this skill, the cooldown of this skill is reset and he gains health equal to a percentage of the damage dealt.
Damage: 100 / 150 / 200(+ 25% of the target's missing Health)
