Ciemnota, the Shadow Stalker, is a champion that I decided to make for no apparent reason.

Abilities

Exploitation

Ciemnota's basic attacks deal 4.5% of the target's missing health as bonus on-hit physical damage and heal him for 3% of the target's missing health.

Ability Details
Exploitation is an on-hit effect.

Additional Information:

  • Exploitation's heal is based off of the target's missing health, and not on the damage done, so is unaffected by armor and magic resistance.
  • Exploitation does not work against turrets.

Active: Ciemnota shrinks into the shadows, gaining movement speed and becoming Ghost ghosted.

  • Movement speed gain: 25 / 27.5 / 30 / 32.5 / 35%
  • Duration: 1.2 / 1.8 / 2.4 / 3 / 3.6

While Shadow Walk is active, Ciemnota will channel, creating a Shadow every 0.6 seconds. Shadows will attack the nearest enemy in their sight range, prioritizing champions, dealing physical damage and lasting up to 8 seconds. They also take 35% / 40% / 45% / 50% reduced damage from non-champions.

Shadows will deal 2.25% of its target's missing health as bonus physical damage. Also, if a Shadow strikes an enemy, Ciemnota will heal for 2 - 10.5 (based on level) health, doubled against enemy champions. This heal is increased by 0.5% per 1% of the target's missing health.

Reactivating Shadow Walk cancels the ability.

Ability Details
Shadow Walk is a self-buff that summons Shadows.
  • Will utilise Exploitation, though without the heal.

Additional Information:

  • Shadows grant 10 Gold upon death.
  • If the ability is cancelled, all effects will end, including the shadow summoning. However, any living Shadows will continue to fight.
  • Shadows do not apply on-hit effects except for Ciemnota's innate.
  • If no enemies are nearby, Shadows will follow Ciemnota.
    • Shadows will not attack neutral enemies unless Ciemnota attacks the monsters first. However, Shadows will automatically attack enemy units.

Fighter

Active: Ciemnota lands a basic attack on the targeted enemy and causes all Shadows within a certain radius to dash to the target, dealing physical damage to them for each Shadow that successfully dashes to the enemy. Shadows will then prioritise the targeted enemy for the next 4 seconds.

  • Physical damage per Shadow: 20 / 35 / 50 / 65 / 80 (+ 25% bonus AD)

Dark Reach resets Ciemnota's autoattack timer.

Ability Details
Dark Attack is an on-hit effect that summons all Shadows in an area to attack a target.
  • Banshee's Veil item.png Spell shields will prevent Shadows from dashing to and targeting.

Additional Information:

  • When Shadows target the enemy struck, they will ignore all other targets, including ones that are damaging them.
  • During the dash, Shadows are still vulnerable to damage and crowd control effects.
  • Shadows closest to the target will dash first.
  • Shadows will dash to the target 0.1 seconds after the last Shadow dashed.


Deathly Shroud

Active: Ciemnota channels for 0.5 seconds before creating a cloud of shadows which is invisible to enemy champions at his location. Enemies inside will Nearsight icon lose vision. Ciemnota also has Sight icon vision of the area.

  • Shroud duration: 5 / 5.5 / 6 / 6.5 / 7

If Ciemnota or a Shadow damages an enemy champion while inside the shroud, the shroud will be revealed and detonate after a 1-second delay, dealing magic damage and Slow icon slowing all enemies caught in the blast for 2 seconds.

  • Magic damage: 80 / 125 / 170 / 215 / 260 (+ 85% AP) (+ 140% bonus AD)
  • Slow: 30 / 35 / 40 / 45 / 50%
Ability Details
Deathly Shroud is a ground-targeted, persistent area of effect which can also be detonated to deal damage and Slow icon slow.

Additional Information:

  • Sunfire Cape item.png Sunfire Cape will not trigger Deathly Shroud.
  • Losing vision is one way enemies can know that they are in the shroud.
    • True Sight icon True sight will reveal the shroud.


Prey of the Shadows

Active: Ciemnota dashes to the targeted enemy champion, dealing magic damage and marking them. After 1 second, four Shadows will spawn in a circle around the target. This mark lasts 15 seconds.

  • Magic damage: 150 / 250 / 350 (+ 75% AP)

If Ciemnota strikes the marked enemy with Dark Reach, then, for 3 seconds, Shadows will deal 2% of the target's maximum health as bonus magic damage.
