Flamberge, the Flame Wielder, is a champion that I decided to make for no apparent reason.

Abilities

Flamberge's basic attacks set enemies On Fire. Each stack grants 8.75 - 30 (based on level) (+ 8% AP) on-hit magic damage and deals 2.6 - 10.25 (based on level) (+ 1.5% AP) magic damage per second for 3 seconds.

On the third hit, Flamberge will deal double the damage and grant Flamberge 8% - 25% (based on level) bonus magic penetration against the target for 6 seconds. This will not remove the stacks. Stacks last 4 seconds and cap at 4 stacks.

Ability Details
Arcflame Blade is an on-hit effect.

Additional Information:

  • The bonus magic penetration will affect the damage over time and on-hit damage.
  • After the third hit, the target will be taking the same amount of damage as if they had four stacks of On Fire.
  • Arcflame Blade's magic penetration is calculated after all other types of magic penetration have been calculated.


Flaming Blow

Fighter

Active: Flamberge dashes to the targeted enemy, dealing magic damage. Flaming Blow will also set enemies On Fire. If the target is already on fire, Flamberge will deal increased damage.

Flaming Blow will also apply Arcflame Blade's bonus magic damage and burn effect.

Flamberge's basic attacks refresh the cooldown of Flaming Blow by 0.25 seconds per stack of On Fire applied to the target prior to the attack.

Flaming Blow is a targeted, damaging dash.

Additional Information:

  • Flamberge will dash far enough to the enemy to be able to hit it at basic attack range.
  • Flaming Blow can trigger Arcflame Blade's bonus magic penetration.
  • Flaming Blow has the same attack range as Flamberge's basic attacks.
  • FLaming Blow will trigger Arcflame Blade, dealing bonus magic damage based on the amount of stacks, and also causing the target to burn.

Fighter

Passive: Arcflame Blade deals 20% increased on-hit magic damage.

Active: Flamberge dashes in the targeted direction, dealing damage to enemies and marking them for 7 seconds. Flamberge can consume the marks with his abilities and basic attacks to deal bonus magic damage, Slow icon slow the target by 25% for 0.75 seconds and afflict two stacks of On Fire.

  • Magic damage: 60 / 85 / 110 / 135 / 160 (+ 45% AP)
  • Mark damage: 20 / 40 / 60 / 80 / 100 (+ 40% AP)
Ability Details
Blazing Charge's passive is a self-buff.


Blazing Charge's active is a damaging dash which marks enemies.

Additional Information:

  • Multiple Slow icon slows will not stack.
  • Enemies are only marked if they are successfully hit by Blazing Charge.
    • Enemies who are in Stasis icon stasis or who Riposte.png parry the ability will not be marked.


Fiery Sweep

Active: Flamberge spins in a circle, dealing damage in an area and setting enemies On Fire. Flamberge will then leave Scorched Earth on the area where he cast Fiery Sweep.

  • Magic damage: 60 / 100 / 140 / 180 / 220 (+ 40% AP)

Enemies walking on Scorched Earth will take damage each half-second and are inflicted with Grievous Wounds icon grievous wounds. Scorched Earth lasts 3.5 seconds.

Ability Details
Fiery Sweep is a ground-targeted, area of effect ability which leaves behind an area which applies Grievous Wounds icon grievous wounds and damages enemies.

Additional Information:

  • The Scorched Earth has the same radius as Fiery Sweep.


Fan the Fire
RANGE: 650
COST: 100 / 110 / 120 mana
COOLDOWN: 80 / 75 / 70
Fighter

Active: After a 0.75-second delay, Flamberge will lash out his weapon, dealing magic damage to all enemies in a line and setting them On Fire.

  • Magic Damage: 90 / 180 / 270 (+ 65% AP)

For the next 15 seconds, Flamberge will be able to cast Fan the Fire up to 4 more times at no cost and at a static cooldown.

  • Static cooldown: 1.25 / 1 / 0.75

If Flamberge hits at least one enemy with Fan the Fire, he will refresh the cooldowns of his basic abilities by 2.7 - 3.6 seconds.

Ability Details
Fan the Fire is a linear, pass-through skillshot.

Additional Information:

  • Fan the Fire resets Flamberge's basic attack cooldown.
  • Fan the Fire will still refresh Flamberge's basic ability cooldowns even if the attack is Riposte.png parried.
