Voltaire, the Electrifier, is a champion that I decided to rework because I thought it didn't play the "electricity" role well enough.
Voltaire'sbasic attacks and abilities Electrify enemies for 6 seconds. If Voltaire strikes an Electrified enemy, the enemy will take 15 - 66 (based on level)(+ 10% AP) magic damage and will be slowed by 40% for 1.25 seconds, decaying over the duration.
Electrified enemies also create a Static Field around themselves. Voltaire'sbasic attacks will charge the field, Electrifying all enemies caught within it. Enemies inside the field already Electrified take 17 - 76.5 (based on level)(+ 15% AP) magic damage.
Since it is a basic attack, Electric Strike will also apply Electricity's effects.
Electric Strike's damage increase will not affect its own damage at the time it was cast.
The basic attack portion of this ability can be dodged, but the magic damage will still apply.

Passive:Voltaire'sbasic attacks will grant Voltaire 9 stacks of Voltage. Also, he will gain 1 Voltage stack based on how many Static Fields he is in. Upon reaching 90 stacks, his next basic attack will consume the stacks to deal magic damage to the target and up to 5 enemies in a branching attack.
Magic damage: 40 / 60 / 80 / 100 / 120 (+ 10% AP)(+ 4% of target's max health)
Voltaire occasionally stores a Tesla Coil. He can store up to 3 at once.
Active:Voltaire places a Tesla Coil. If an Electirifed enemy is in range, it will shoot out an electric arc, dealing magic damage every 0.5 seconds to the target. One Tesla Coil can branch to up to 4 other enemies while travelling to the target, dealing 60% damage.
If two Tesla Coils are placed within 500 units of each other, they will connect, creating an electric arc between them that deals separate damage to and slows enemies who pass through it by 80% for 2 seconds.
There is no cap to how much shieldVoltaire can have.
After 3 - 0.75 seconds, the shield will begin to decay by 10% of the amount of shield available before the decay every 0.3 seconds. This will not change, even if Voltaire takes damage during the decay.
Active:Voltairechannels for 2 seconds before releasing 3 electric pulses, with one every 1.2 seconds. Each pulse will deal magic damage to enemies caught inside. If a pulse hits an Electrified enemy champion, they will create a smaller shockwave of their own, dealing damage to enemies in a 300-unit radius. This smaller shockwave will Electrify opponents. Subsequent mini pulses will only deal 75% damage, capping at 6 reductions.
Voltaire's basic attacks apply Electricity onto opponents. Enemies with Electricity are slowed by 20% 「 (+ 2% per 75 AP) 」「 (+ 2.667% per 100 AP) 」 for 1.25 seconds, decaying over the duration. Whenever Voltaire attacks an enemy with Electricity applied, he will deal an extra 18 - 52 (based on level) (+ 25% AP) bonus magic damage. Electricity stacks last 6 seconds.
Also, Voltaire gain 3 stacks of Voltage every time he attacks an enemy, or 9 stacks if the enemy has Electricity applied. Once Voltaire reaches 100 stacks, his next basic attack will deal 35 - 137 (based on level) (+ 50% AP) magic damage to the target and up to five enemies around the targeted enemy. This consumes 100 stacks.
Electricity's branching attack will prioritize enemy champions, branching towards them.
It is possible to store more than 100 Voltage stacks. However, only 100 stacks will be removed.

Active:Voltaire's next basic attack gains range and stabs the target enemy with his electrospear, dealing magic damage to the target enemy and all enemies with Electricity in an area around the target. The target is stunned and other enemies are slowed for 0.75 seconds. Voltaire will also be granted twice the amount of Voltage stacks.
Electrospear Attack deals magic damage as bonus damage, so the ability's physical component will apply on-hit effects and the magical component will apply spell effects.
Electrospear Attack's magical component will not affect structures.

Active:Voltaire shoots out a bolt of electricity in a straight line, dealing magic damage to and applying Electricity to all enemies hit. Electric bolts will also branch out to and hit nearby enemies with Electricity already applied.
Shockwave's effects are not instant, and the area of effect will increase to its maximum range over a short duration, meaning that enemies who are on the edge of Shockwave's range when the ability is cast may not be hit.
Active:Voltairechannels for 1.5 seconds before creating multiple pulses every 0.7 seconds that spread outward, dealing magic damage to enemies hit. Enemies who already have Electricity applied to them will also be slowed by 50% for 1 second and take increased damage.
