Tesla Coil is a static, autonomous minion that strikes Electrified enemies.

Description
Voltaire is an electrifying character who excels in teamfights and dealing area of effect damage. His abilities allow him to constantly damage multiple enemies at once, while also applying crowd control effects. However, he has relatively low sustain, so make sure to not get too cocky when playing Voltaire. Voltaire can start in either the mid lane or top lane, depending on what your playstyle is.

- Electric Strike
- New effect: Voltaire's basic attacks and Tesla Coils apply a stack of Augmenting Current to the target. At three stacks, Voltaire will be able to cast Electric Strike. This cannot happen to the same target more than once every 3 seconds.
- Magic damage up from 50 / 85 / 120 / 155 / 190 to 60 / 105 / 150 / 195 / 240.
- Magic damage increase up from 6 / 9 / 12 / 15 / 18% to 8 / 11 / 14 / 17 / 20%.
- New effect: Area of effect now slows all enemies.
- Stun duration up from 0.5 seconds to 0.75 seconds.
- Mana cost up from 45 / 50 / 55 / 60 / 65 to 60 / 65 / 70 / 75 / 80.
- Tesla Coil
- Passive branching attack will now only target Electrified enemies.
- Tesla Coil health down from 450 to 75 / 150 / 225 / 300 / 375.

- New effect: Now Template:Cctip enemies hit by the connected coils.
- Shockwave
- Shield is now only granted against Electrified enemy champions instead of all enemies.
- Shield per champion up from 15 / 20 / 25 / 30 / 35 (+ 10% AP) to 30 / 45 / 60 / 75 / 90 (+ 13% AP).

- Tesla Coil health down from 500 to 450.
- Shockwave
- Shield duration is now shortened by 0.05 seconds per 1% cooldown reduction.
- Shield decay tick reduced from 0.5 seconds between ticks to 0.3 seconds.
- Cooldown increased from 12 / 11 / 10 / 9 / 8 seconds to 14 / 13.5 / 13 / 12.5 / 12 seconds.
- Shock Hazard
- New effect: Enemies will now only take 75% damage from subsequent mini pulses, capping at 6 reductions.
