Le Opening Statement

It was about damn time I did this. I've been working on this for quite some time now. Well then, lets get started.

What you see here are some changes that I'd like to see made in the League of Legends. If I left out something that is plainly obvious (someone missing a VU/TU), the comment section exists for the sole purpose to inform me of that (and promote random stuff on the internet :/)

Replays
Replay System Added
  • There is now an integrated replay system. Replays are stored on the server for 7 days. You can move these files to your local machine, at which point they are only deleted when you choose to do so. Replays you've watched are automatically transferred to your local machine. You can also save replays of another player's games by viewing the games in their match history.
Co-Op vs AI
  • All bots will now use robotic/mechanical skins to correspond with their nature.

Amumu Amumu

We all know that Rito Riot doesn't like it when a certain champion has a higher win rate than ~53.5% and/or a really high ban rate. Champs like Braum Braum and Kayle Kayle already suffered some (not too lethal) changes, and their win and ban rates lowered by a bit. Meanwhile, the Sad Mummy has had such a high win rate for SUCH a long time that Twitch some champs can only have one in their dreams. So, Amumu needs some changes. And its okay if he cries about these. He cries all the time. :P

Forgive me, Mee-neh-krh, but your Anivia waifu is considered a sleeper champ in my book. Being able to burst down mages/carries at lvl 2 with just her Flash Frost.png Q + Frostbite.png E + Ignite.png Ignite and at the same time have a Rebirth.png revive and lots of CC is a a bit too much.

Ashe Ashe

I personally suck at the Marksman/ADC role. The only champs I know how to play in that role are Sivir Sivir and Twitch Twitch (although I play the latter in the jungle mostly). And I like Ashe Ashe, but I feel she could use some changes that could make her up-to-par with the other marks(wo)men.

I didn't want to do this, but I realized how broken Blitzcrank Blitz is. One good hook can lead to an undeserved victory. Hence, he must be smashed with the Transform- Mercury Hammer NERF HAMMER!

Fizz Fizz's burst potential is high, so I thought I'd make some little adjustments to the fish so he doesn't snowball out of control if he gets ~2 kills in lane.

In addition, I think his passive is a pretty weird one, so I thought I'd change that.

        • Consecutive autoattacks or Acid Hunter.png Acid Hunters on the same target cause this effect to stack up to 3 times (max. 9 / 12 / 15 %).

        • Damage changed to 10 / 35 / 60 / 85 / 110 (+ 100% AD) from 10 / 40 / 70 / 100 / 130 (+ 85% AD).

Urgot's basic attacks and Acid Hunter.png Acid Hunter against enemy champions or large neutral monsters will reduce the cooldown by 0.5 seconds.

Marked targets have their armor reduced by 10 / 15 / 20 % for the duration. Additionally, Urgot's Acid Hunter.png Acid Hunter can lock onto marked targets.
