In need of an idea for a Custom Champion

Hey there, Summoners! At the moment I am out of ideas for a new custom champion (besides the custom champs I'm working on right now, I don't have any idea for another one). So, who better to ask for a new concept than you guys! I'm asking you fine fellows to give me a champion idea (basically a name, title and at least 1 of his or her abilities). I will only select 2 concepts out of all entries. Once I am finished working out the champion(s), I'll upload the ideas. See ya later!
