An older concept of mine. I just HAD to bring him back. :)

Innate: Upon using an ability, Razor gains 5% increased attack damage and attack speed for 4 seconds. The effect stacks up to 3 times, while gaining a new stack will refresh the duration.

Active: For the next 5 seconds, Razor's next autoattack gains bonus range and will deal increased damage to his target.

Active: Razor deploys a proximity mine on target area. The mine then enters stealth after a 0.5 second delay. The mine detonates if an enemy steps on it, dealing physical damage equal to a percentage of the enemy's maximum health and revealing them for 2.5 seconds. Razor can set up to 3 proximity mines at any given time. If an enemy triggers a mine, they will take 33% less damage from additional mines for the next 10 seconds. The traps last for 3 and a half minutes.

  • Physical Damage: 6 / 7 / 8 / 9 / 10% of target's maximum health
  • Diameter of Mine: 225

Active: Razor shoots out an E.M.P. Grenade on target area, which detonates, dealing magic damage and silencing enemies caught in the AoE. Nearby enemies have their damage dealt reduced by 15% for 1.5 seconds.

  • Magic Damage: 50 / 90 / 130 / 170 / 210 (+ 37.5% AP)
  • Silence Duration: 1 / 1.3 / 1.6 / 1.9 / 2.2
  • Primary Diameter of AoE: 300

Active: Razor channels for 1.5 seconds, taking 15% reduced damage from all sources. For the next 10 seconds, Razor's autoattacks and abilities shred his target's armor by a percentage. This effect stacks up to 5 times and lasts until Penetrate Armor's effect wears off.

  • Armor Penetration: 8 / 9 / 10% of target's maximum armor
