Razor, The Sharpshooter

An old idea I had, tweaked him a bit.

Power Surge

Innate: Upon using an ability, Razor gains 5% increased attack damage and attack speed for 4 seconds. Stacks up to 3 times.


Iron Sight
COST: 35 / 40 / 45 / 50 / 55 Mana
COOLDOWN: 4
ChampionSquare

Active: Razor's next autoattack gains bonus range and will slow the target for 0.75 seconds.

  • Bonus Range: 50 / 75 / 100 / 125 / 150
  • Slow: 15% / 20% / 25% / 30% / 35%


Proximity Mine
COST: 40 / 50 / 60 / 70 / 80 Mana
COOLDOWN: 21 / 18 / 15 / 12 / 9

Active: Razor deploys a proximity mine on target area. The mine then enters stealth after a 0.5 second delay. The mine detonates if an enemy steps on it, dealing physical damage equal to a percentage of the enemy's maximum health and revealing them for 2.5 seconds. Razor can set up to 3 proximity mines at any given time. The traps last for 3 and a half minutes.

  • Physical Damage: 6 / 7 / 8 / 9 / 10% of target's maximum health
  • Diameter of Mine: 225


Explosive Bolts

Passive: Each of Razor's autoattacks apply Explosive Bolts for 4.5 seconds. Stacks up to 3 times. Razor's Iron Sight and Proximity Mine detonate Explosive Bolts, dealing physical damage to the target and surrounding enemies.

  • Physical Damage per Stack: 30 / 50 / 70 / 90 / 110 (+ 35% Bonus AD) (+ 25% AP)
  • Diameter of AoE: 250 / 275 / 300 / 325 / 350


Penetrate Armor
COST: 150 / 125 / 100 Mana
COOLDOWN: 100 / 85 / 70

Active: Razor channels for 1.5 seconds, taking 10% reduced damage from all sources. For the next 10 seconds, Razor's autoattacks and abilities ignore a large percentage of the target's armor.

  • Armor Penetration: 40 / 50 / 60% of target's maximum armor

    • Fixed tooltip.

    • Renamed ability to 'Penetrate Armor' from 'Penetrating Strikes'.
    • Effect duration reduced to 10 seconds from 12.

    • Removed Magic Penetration.
