Passive: Nami's passive falls off extremely hard as the game drags on, so I increased the duration of the buff from 1.5 to 2 seconds in addition to making it scale at later levels so its noticeable in the mid/late game.
Q: I increased the stun duration to 1.5 from 1.25 (it always seemed weird to me that champs like Sion and Taric had longer stun durations and theirs are point and click). The mana cost was increased to compensate for the decrease on her other skills, in addition to the higher range and stun duration, the increase on the base damage was just because 295 is a weird number :P
W: To increase laning presence a little, I increased the AP ratio and base on the damage portion, and incresed the heal ratio, in addition to upping the range and lowering the mana cost. To balance this out I decreased the heal base and increased the cooldown
E: I feel that currently this skill is too punishing to use so I lowered the mana cost
R: For the most part this ability is fine, the only change I would like to see is an increase in the scaling so Nami can get more out of items like Morello's and Twin Shadows (The lower mana cost and cooldown is from the PBE)
