Septimus, the Dread engine is a custom champion in League of Legends. Septimus is a tactile yet complex AD carry or solo lane champion with more than enough firepower to devastate both lanes and team fights. Septimus trades the mobility most carrys have for tankiness and pure aggression.
Semptimus rotary cannon moves independently of his lower body. Rotary cannon attempts to face Septimus' front by default, but turns to face targets when basic attacks and abilities are used.
Septimus basic attacks have 100 increased range when its rotary cannon is facing the target.
COST: 45 mana
Active: Septimus fires a rocket towards the target area, dealing damage to the first enemy hit and half damage to enemies around it.
Reaper Missile can only be used from the direction the Rotary cannon is facing.
Active: Septimus locks onto a target, causing its rotary cannon to quickly turn and fixate onto the targets location.
Shield: 40 / 65 / 90 / 115 / 140 (+ 60% AP)
Passive: Septimus generates a shield covering the front of the Rotary cannon, absorbing damage sources facing the shield. The shield will refresh if Septimus has not received damage for 10 seconds.

COOLDOWN: 17 / 16 / 15 / 14 / 13
Active: Septimus launches into the air for 3 seconds and can prematurely land at a target location upon reactivation. While still in the air, Reaper missile will gain 200 increased range and surpass units other than the current target(cannot surpass enemy champions) while Rotary Cannons turn speed is doubled.

Active: Septimus lands at the target location, ending the airborne effect

Active: Septimus fires a wave of radiation in a cone in front of him after a 1 second cast, irradiating the field for 4 seconds. The irridated area deals continuous magic damage to enemy players on it, dispels enemy magic effects and disallows the placement of new ones.
