Champion Concept: Lucia, the Lover

The Sinful Sisters would be a set of 7 Champion Concepts that I would be making. They are all inspired from the 7 deadly sins.

Lust	(Innate): Minions deal 30% less damage to Lucia. Also, enemy champions that are attacking Lucia has a 5/10/15/20% of being infatuated with her. Infatuation is similar to Ahri's Charm. This could not occur within 20 sec to the same champion. Infatuation lasts 1 second.
Ability	Description	Leveling up
Bear Hug	(Active): Lucia holds a target in place. During this suppresion, she slowly pulls her self to the target. Lasts 2 Sec. Lucia is also unable to cast any spells during the duration. She can cast the skill once again to stop the pull and suppression. Range: 500	Cost: 80 / 90 / 100 / 110 / 120 Mana Damage: 150 / 180 / 210 / 240 / 270 (+0.4 per Ability Power)
Lustful Moan	(Active): Lucia lets out a moan that taunts nearby enemy units, both minions and champions. During it's duration, her passive gains double the chance and duration while reducing the intervals to half. Cooldown: 12 seconds AoE: 300 Mana Cost: 120	Duration: 1 / 1.5 / 2 / 2.5 / 3 seconds
Claws of Eros	(Passive): Every 4th attack, Lucia strikes twice shredding her target's armor which adds up to 3 stacks. If this procs on an infatuated champion, she prolongs the duration of the infatuation(caps at bonus 4 seconds).	Additional Infatuation Duration: 0.5 / 0.75 / 1 / 1.25 / 1.5 seconds Armor Reduction: 2 / 4 / 6 / 8 / 10 armor
Painful Love	(Active): Lucia kisses a target, marking them with the Lover's Kiss. An enemy unit afflicted with the Lover's Kiss receives a percentage of the total damage dealt to him/her while marked after the mark's duration. Cost: 200 mana	Cooldown: 90 / 70 / 60 seconds Damage: 80% / 100% / 120% of total damage received Duration: 8 / 8 / 8 seconds
