Abilities[]
No Strings Attached
Innate: Upon dying, Quill is revived as a living melee puppet. While in this state, he receives new skills and 70% of his original stats. This effect lasts for 20 seconds and has a 5 minute cooldown. This ability is affected by cooldown reduction.
Puppeteer
Active: Attaches strings to a target enemy champion and places a pole at Quill's location, where the other end of the strings would be tied to, lasts 15 seconds.

Binding Contract
Active: The Living Puppet attaches itself to a target enemy champion, constantly sapping it's life force dealing magic damage every 0.5 seconds, for 3 seconds. Half of the damage received by the Living Puppet while Binding Contract is active is dealt to its host.

Pole Assault
Active: Pulls all units affected by Puppeteer towards their respective poles, dealing magic damage and slowing them upon impact. All enemy units they pass through in the process are knocked aside and receives 75% of the damage.

String Quartet
Active: The Living Puppet attaches 4 strings to a target enemy unit slowing them for 4 seconds. After 2 seconds, he pulls himself towards that unit, dealing magic damage to all enemies struck along the way.

Poison Strings
Active: Imbues Quill's auto-attacks, as well as his strings, with a powerful toxin that deals magic damage to his target, and any other unit hit, every second, for 4 seconds. The buff lasts for 3 seconds.

Lingering Touch
Active: The Living Puppet's auto-attacks apply a more powerful toxin. Deals 50% more magic damage than the normal toxin.

Puppet Show
Active: Quill releases living puppets that receives 50% of his stats and applies Lingering Touch. Quill can cast this ability again to make the puppet in the cursor's location explode and deal magic damage to surrounding enemies. The puppets last for 15 seconds.

Encore
Passive?: Whenever the living puppet is able to kill an enemy champion, he encases their soul within him. Upon expiring or activating this skill, Quill would be revived, consuming a stored soul. Only a maximum of 2 souls could be stored.
