Meh's basic attacks crush the excess energy from around the target into them, dealing 3% of the target's max health as bonus physical damage, 2% of the target's current health as bonus magic damage, and 1% of the target's missing health as bonus true damage.
Active: Meh grants his passive to all nearby friendly units for 5 seconds. If the total amount of damage done by this effect exceeds an amount, the effect ends immediately and all affected units are healed by an amount.
Passive: Meh's attack speed increases if there is more than one visible enemy champion within 1500 range.
Attack speed bonus: 3 / 7 / 12 / 18 / 25% per nearby enemy champion beyond the first
Max attack speed bonus: 12 / 28 / 48 / 72 / 100%
Active: Meh jumps to a target, knocking them and all enemy units he travels through back slightly before stealing the target's ability to move, increasing his movement speed by an amount based upon the target's and rooting them for 1 second. Each enemy hit takes magic damage, and the target takes magic damage from the root, as well.
Damage to hit units: 70 / 80 / 90 / 100 / 110 (+25% armor)(+30% MR)
Follows a target if they blink or dash up to 700 range.
The root applies spell effects as a single target ability.
Receive Energy
Active: Meh grants all allied champions within 1200 range attack speed equal to 0.25% of their movement speed and makes them heal him by a percentage of all damage they deal for 3 seconds. If Meh is healed for more than an amount by this effect during the duration, all affected allies gain 20 movement speed and deal bonus physical damage on their basic attacks until the effect ends, refreshing the duration of this effect by 1 second. This can be applied infinitely, stacking up to 5 times. Additional applications only refresh the duration.

Does not grant himself attack speed, but does grant himself all other effects.
Healing applies to item passives and actives, as well as summoner spells.
Healing while he is full health still counts toward the bonus effect application.
Share the Excess
Active: Meh taunts all visible enemy champions for 5 seconds, but his movement speed is halved and he takes 5% more damage during this time. The taunt duration is decreased to 1 second if they are more than 1200 range away. He heals allied units within 1200 range by the damage he takes from champions for 10 seconds after activation. If he takes more than an amount of damage during the duration of the taunt, he gains armor and magic resist for 5 seconds after it ends.
