This is just a little custom champion I'm thinking of ideas for. I've always been interested with high-mobility champions, especially tanky ones (Hecarim), and infinitely scaling ones (Nasus). Because of that, I am going to try to implement both features into this champion while keeping him balanced. Also, because of this mobility, I'm aiming toward making him rather difficult to play. In addition, his infinitely scaling trait is going to have a unique twist that requires strategic use of his abilities.

Noland ignores unit collision when above 400 movement speed and gains bonus tenacity based off his current movement speed.

Noland carries the memory of defeating each of his foes, gaining 4 / 6 / 8 / 10 stacks of Nomad's Spirit for killing an enemy unit (multiplied by 1.25 / 1.5 / 1.75 / 2 for killing champions, large minions, and large monsters).

ACTIVE: Noland swings his weapon down, dealing physical damage in a 300-unit line. If an enemy champion or monster is hit, 10% of Noland's attack speed is transferred into bonus damage for [NameQ]. This effect can stack up to 5 times. All obtained stacks will be lost if an enemy champion or monster has not been hit by [NameQ] for 10 seconds.
ACTIVE: Noland gains bonus movement speed for 5 seconds. Noland's next attack causes him to leap over and land behind his target, causing a stun for 0.75 seconds while he leaps over them. After landing, Noland's next basic attack against that target deals bonus magic damage based on the distance traveled during [NameE]'s duration.
Bonus Movement Speed: 40 / 45 / 50 / 60 / 70% (+0.01% for every unconsumed x stack)
Damage Bonus: 0.05 / 0.1 / 0.2 / 0.35 / 0.5% per 100 units traveled.
PASSIVE: [NameE]'s movement speed bonus is increased by a percentage of unconsumed Nomad's Spirit stacks.
PASSIVE: Upon leveling up [NameR], the total number of Nomad's Spirit stacks are consumed and added to the base damage of [NameR2].
ACTIVE: Noland empowers his next basic attack within the next 10 seconds to deal bonus physical damage and knock up surrounding enemies for 0.50 seconds. This attack will deal 90% of the bonus damage to enemy champions surrounding the target. Noland can only use this ability when above 475 movement speed. [NameR] can be activated again within its duration at no cost to grant an alternative effect.
Bonus Damage: 150 / 275 / 400 (+80% Bonus AD)
ACTIVE: If Noland is within range of a targeted unit, he will leap to them, dealing physical damage if the target is an enemy. This attack will utilize the number of Nomad's Spirit stacks consumed by [NameR].
