Arcadius, The Hyperspace Jumper is a champion concept in League of Legends.

Abilities

Spacial Balance

Arcadius' secondary bar shows his Spacial Balance.

Spacial Balance, you start the game with 0 and gain balance when you deal damage, the amount gained is equal to 20% of the damage you do, However you lose Balance when you take damage, balance lost is equal to 50% of the damage you take, and its slowly reset to 0 when out of combat. The maximum amount of balance you can have is 100 + (50 × level), and you can have negative amount of balance. Balance effects your abilities and ultimate.

Higher balance increases your damage by up to 50%, while have balance below 0 will increase your CC durations and movespeed by 100%, however resulting in a drop in damage, by up to 30%.

Active: Arcadius blinks to an area, this ability has 10 charges and gains 3 charges on a kill or assist. However, blinking causes your auto attacks to lose 400 range for 3 seconds. ( Recharge time is a static cooldown)

SubSpacial Matter

Passive: Spacial Balance increases your Health Regen or resistances, With a balance above 0, you gain health regen up to 10% of your max hp/s. With a balance below 0 your armor and magic resist increases by up to 10% of your max hp.

  • Magic Damage: 60 / 110 / 160 / 210 / 160 (+ 70% AP)

Active: Arcadius summons a portal behind him, slipping into the portal, as Arcadius appears behind his target, Dealing damage and stunning the target, while silencing himself, The duration is 1 second, up to 2 seconds based on Spacial Balance.


Interstellar linkage

Active: Arcadius Links himself to an enemy or ally sharing healthregen with them, (Heathregen of both champs added together and divided by 2, and given to each of them), this linkage allows him to use the second part of this ability. (its a skillshot to enemies, and targeted on allies, units are unlinked if they move 1500 units away from Arcadius, or after 5 seconds)

Interstellar Jump

Active: Arcadius transports his linked unit with the useage of a portal. Enemies get smashed into a portal behind them, dealing magic damage to them and bringing them behind you. Allies have a portal infront of them which grants them and you a movespeed boost for 3 - 6 seconds based on Spacial Balance. (This breaks the link, returning the regen back to normal)

  • Magic Damage: 70 / 130 / 190 / 250 / 310 (+ 60% AP)
  • MoveSpeed: 20% / 30% / 40% / 50% / 60%

Arcadius after a 2 second channel, drags an enemy into another dimension , dealing huge amounts of magic damage, based on Ability Power, Spacial Balance, Max Health and linked target's AP. (Spacial balance's value as a number, so it wont subtract if its negative, it would add that negative number as if it was positive) If this kills the target, this ability will be put on a 1 second cooldown, and grant him a buff for 10 seconds that will cause this ability to have no channel.

  • Ability Power scale: (+ 60% ) / (+ 80% ) / (+ 100% )
  • Spacial Balance scale: (+ 40% ) / (+ 50% ) / (+ 60% )
  • Max HP scale: (+ 10% ) / (+ 20% ) / (+ 30% )
  • Linked AP scale: (+ 40% ) / (+ 50% ) / (+ 60% )
