    Parov generates one stack of Composite Plating every 8 seconds he has not taken damage from a champion or large monster. Composite Plating deactivates during Meltdown. }} }}

    Parov hurls a ball of unstable magic to a target area, dealing magic damage in a 150-radius area and slowing all enemies hit. Hitting a target damaged by Unstable Magic within the last 8 seconds will increase the slow's potency by 50%, stacking up to 3 times.

    Alright, so here I wanted to try to "update" an outdated champions. There are additional notes under Ability Details, explaining the changes.

    Riot's done it again. Perhaps even more disasterous than the  fiasco of Pre-Season 3, players have already found a way to completely abuse one single Item Tree and put junglers out of a job.


    Let me introduce you to the bane of Pre-Season 4:. Targon's purpose was to be a gold generation item for Tanky Supports like  and  who are faced with early sustain problems. However, the strong passives on the item are being exploited by players in every game of any elo (or MMR or whatever).


    Easy enough to understand. Allows lesser skilled players to obtain more last-hits without much effort. This isn't the main problem, though.

    Most of League's champions fall into certain factions: Demacia, Noxus, Piltover, and others. However, I noticed that a couple of champions didn't go were I thought they'd go.



    was the first one that caught my eye. He's a scary guy, but he's not from the Shadow Isles. Fiddlesticks is a being summoned from another world who sits underneath the Institute of War. Wouldn't it make more sense if Fiddle was a Shadow Isles guy like , , and ?



    lore says that he's from the Twisted Treeline , but that was before TT changed into the Shadow Isles. He's a magic tree that hates wizards, but that doesn't really fit the Shadow Isles theme. Perhaps it would make more sense if he were from the Kumungu Jungle like or .
