Introduction

Alright, so here I wanted to try to "update" an outdated champions. There are additional notes under Ability Details, explaining the changes.

Tristana's attack range and Explosive Shot's cast range increases by 8 every level (excluding level 1). At level 18, the bonus is 135 (685 range at level 18).

Ability Details
Range Increase is now 8 per level down from 9 per level

Some of the power from her passive was shifted to Rapid Fire. This was so that Tristana wouldn't be able to outrange enemy turrets at level 18, which would be broken.


Rapid Fire
COST: 50 mana
COOLDOWN: 20 / 19 / 18 / 17 / 16
Rapid Fire

Active: Increases Tristana's attack speed and attack range for 5 seconds.

  • Attack Speed: 30 / 45 / 60 / 75 / 90%
  • Attack Range: 50 / 50 / 50 / 50 / 50
Ability Details
Duration is 5 seconds down from 7

Cooldown changed from 20 at all levels to 20/19/18/17/16

The Basic Attack Range increase adds more strategy to this ability and can be used to trade with enemy ADs who outrange her early.


Rocket Jump
RANGE: 900
COST: 80 mana
COOLDOWN: 22 / 20 / 18 / 16 / 14
Rocket Jump

Active: Tristana fires at the ground to propel herself to a target location, dealing magic damage and slowing surrounding units by 60% for 2.5 seconds when she lands. Rocket Jump's cooldown resets whenever Tristana gains a kill or assist.

  • Magic Damage: 70 / 115 / 160 / 205 / 250 (+ 60% AP)
Ability Details
AP Ratios is 60% down from 80%.

Mostly untouched ability. I nerfed the AP ratio, because I want to solidify her AD build. AP Tristana is pretty toxic gameplay, and like AP Yi, she must be destroyed.


Explosive Shot
COST: 50 / 60 / 70 / 80 / 90 mana
COOLDOWN: 18
Explosive Shot

Passive: Enemies explode when slain by Tristana's basic attacks, dealing magic damage to enemies within 75 range.

  • Explosion Magic Damage: 10 / 15 / 20 / 25 / 30% AD

Active: Tristana's next basic attack rends the target enemy with shrapnel, reducing healing and health regeneration by 50% and dealing additional magic damage over 5 seconds.

  • Active Damage: 60 / 80 / 100 / 120 / 140 (+ 30% AD)
Ability Details
Scaling changed from AP to AD.

Active Damage now 60/80/100/120/140 from 110/150/190/230/270

Cooldown now 18/16/14/12/10 from 16 at all levels

Exploding Shot's active is now an autoattack reset. This ability is mainly used for harass in lane, and I just wanted to make it mechanically easier to use.


Buster Shot
RANGE: 645
COST: 100 mana
COOLDOWN: 60
Buster Shot

Active: Tristana fires a massive cannonball in a target direction, dealing physical damage to the first enemy hit and knocking back all enemies hit.

  • Physical Damage: 160 / 250 / 340 (+ 90% AD)
  • Knockback Distance: 600 / 800 / 1000
  • Projectile Speed: 2800
Ability Details
Base Damage is now 160/250/340 down from 300/400/500

Scaling changed from AP to AD

Now a Line Skillshot

Being a skillshot, Buster Shot can now more easily hit multiple targets but can also miss completely. It will only deal damage to the first enemy hit, so you can use it as a self-peel, or as a physical nuke.
