Abilities:

 Transmutation

  (Passive) -- Upon using Uplift, Quasar gains a temporary effect. 

Grass-- gains stealth, and increased movement speed for 3 / 6 / 8 seconds

Stone-- gains a shield lasting 2/4/6 seconds, absorbing 45 / 75 / 100 damage. 

Water-- places a healing Orb effect on Quasar, granting 75 / 100 / 120 health regeneration to his allied champions for 3 seconds.

  (Active) -- Quasar launches an uplifted projectile at an enemy champion, dealing damage and deals an additional effect from the element he was uplifting. If used on an allied champion, they gain the effect of Transmutation.

Grass--'Causes the enemy champion to miss all autoattacks for ('1.5 / 2 / 2.5 / 3 / 3.5') seconds.

Stone-- Stuns the enemy champion for 1 second, also deals an additional 100 true damage.

Water-- Silences the enemy champion for 2 seconds, and slowing their movement speed by (20/25/30/35/40%)

MAGIC DAMAGE: 80 / 140 / 190 / 220 / 270(+ 40% AP)


Uplift (E)

  (Active) -- Quasar picks up a piece of the terrain, causing a mini quake dealing damage in an area, stunning enemy champions for .5 seconds.

 (Active) -- Quasar heats up an area on the map, forming a ball of energy, pulling enemy champions toward its core. Upon activating the ability again, the ball detonates, sending immense heat to nearby enemy champions. It heals nearby champions. 

MAGIC DAMAGE: 350 / 450 / 575(+ 90% AP)

HEAL: 200 / 310 / 400(+ 65% AP) 

Cast time- 2 second channel, second activation 1 second. 



Extra Ideas:

If the water terrain is unavailable, using a health potion will automatically uplift water terrain.
