Snarbolax's abilities don't have any cost related to them and their use is only limited by cooldowns. Instead Ferocity is used as its secondary resource.
Every time it's Ferocity bar is full, Snarbolax gains the ability to cast an alternate set of abilities, which are empowered versions of his basic abilities. Using an empowered ability consumes all 5 points of Ferocity. As empowered abilities have no cooldown and is only limited to by having a full five points of Ferocity, the cooldown of its basic abilities will continue to count down while his empowered abilities are available.
