A long range sniping champion, able to bombard from far back. However, you can deal a lot more damage up close. Limited early-game by mana, so in order to get sufficient mana reserves early-game an item (or rune or mastery) investment is required.

Alenda the Sureshot is a custom champion for League of Legends.
Alenda can be played as a bot-lane ADC, bot-lane semi-support, solo top-- but she would be bad in mid and the jungle.
ADC: At the start of the laning phase you should keep as much range stored as you can-- for when your possible jungler comes for ganks. Support: Use your range to attack the enemy adc from behind your wave, rendering you nearly immune to harassment-- since you build up range even when you're being damaged, you can block skillshots for your ally as well. Top: Abuse your range to maintain farm, getting as close as possible/comfortable before attacking to preserve your built up range.
Innate First Draft: Alenda's auto-attack can strike units from up to 862.5 distance away. However, at this range, Alenda's Attack Speed is reduced to 40% (and has Attack Speed cap adjusted appropriately to 1). Alenda's Attack Speed normalizes (or is as 'expected' by itemization and levels) at 575 range.
Innate Second Draft: Alenda's auto-attack range increases by 9 (+1 per level) every second, up to 1150 total range. When Alenda attacks, she loses all range stacks if it was outside her base attack range. (Alenda's base attack range is marked with a dotted yellow line, so that players can avoid wasting the 'snipe' accidentally)
