Originally the Passive was Snipe, and it went "After casting an ability, the Ranger's next attack is global." That doesn't work. :P So I changed it to "can attack while moving, but suffers a -150% attack speed penalty", then I realized that that wouldn't really serve a good enough function (though with Frozen Mallet it would mean infinite chase/escape versus 1 enemy), nor really be spectacular. So instead, I went with a damage boost passive, then with E (because I wanted to give it more effects because it felt weak) I appended an ability-damage reduction. For no reason, other than fun.
