Debris periodically appears around Ballistic, influenced by the carnage of battle. Debris lasts 10 minutes.
Ballistic's basic attacks against debris or airborne enemies will send them hurtling 750 units away, stopping upon colliding with an enemy or terrain. Enemies launched will take 40 - 100 (based on level) % AD physical damage upon collision as well as dealing the same damage and harshly slowing enemies they collide with. Debris launched in this way will disintegrate upon collision.

The flavour text is a little weak - if you can offer a better pun/metaphor for "Ballistic", I'm all ears.

If Ballistic catches himself with Unearth, he will raise himself up for 0.75 seconds. While raised, Bootstrap's range is substantially increased.
Active:Ballistic releases a shockwave that radiates outward at 1600-speed, destroying all hostile projectiles that it hits within a 600-unit radius. Champion-sourced projectiles destroyed by Stalwart will leave debris on the ground, up to 1 per enemy champion.
Active:Ballistic intercepts and halts the next hostile projectile that could hit him within the next 1.5 seconds, excluding lesser minions, monsters and structures. If Ballistic halts a projectile, a piece of debris is created in front of him.
Active: For the next 0.75 seconds, Ballistic intercepts and halts all projectiles that could strike him. If at least one champion-sourced projectile is blocked, a piece of debris is created in front of him.
