Ferox does not utilize mana and instead utilizes the secondary resource bar for his unique mechanic, Charge. Charge beings at 0 and caps at 100. Charge does not generate or deplete passively, and is used solely by his Hyperdrive ability.

Ferox's basic attacks grant him bonus attack speed equal to 10% of the physical damage dealt for 4 seconds. Striking champions will cause this effect to stack.
The bonus attack speed stacks up to the hard cap on attack speed, which is 2.5.
For existing melee carries, this takes between 220-240% attack speed at level 18. This may sound obscene, but it requires dealing 2200-2400 physical damage (after damage reduction).
Attacks against non-champions will refresh the current bonus (only updating it if the attack would provide more attack speed). As such, it is possible to ramp up the attack speed on champions and then maintain it against minions.
Alternatively, like Fiora'sDuelist, attacking minions and structures while Havoc is stacked will not refresh the duration.
As currently described, it would also scale with Blade of the Ruined King and spellblade. However, this could be overpowered and thus "10% of his attack damage (scales with critical strike)" might be more appropriate.

Passive: Ferox's basic attacks generate 5 charge. This is doubled against champions.
Active: Ferox blinks to the target location, dealing area damage. Hyperdrive deals 1% increased damage and has 1.5% increased range for every point of charge. Basic attacks against champions will reduce the cooldown by 1 seconds (tripled on critical strikes).
Passive: Upon taking lethal damage, Ferox enters stasis for 1.5 seconds. While in stasis, he is reborn in fire restoring 100% of his maximum health. While in this form, his health decays at a rate of 6% of his maximum health every second and he gains a new ultimate ability: Retribution.
Passive: Ferox's torment ravages nearby enemies, dealing a percentage of their maximum health each second as magic damage. This damage will apply life steal.
