Version 1 - Relic becomes invisible for 1 second after every three seconds of movement.
Version 2 - Upon activating any of his abilities, Relic will set off a 3 second delay. After these 3 seconds, Relic will become invisible for 1.5 seconds. Other abilities cast during the 3 seconds will not trigger Chrono-displasia.
COOLDOWN: 8 / 7 / 6 / 5 / 4
Active: Relic creates a spike in the continuum at the target location that, after a brief delay, deals magic damage to all enemies in a moderate area. Enemies at the center of the blast take true damage instead. After 3 seconds, Relic returns to the point where Causality Loop was activated.
Radius of Effect: 350
Radius of Center: 100
Damage: 60 / 120 / 180 / 240 / 300 (+ 60% AP)
COST: 100 mana
COOLDOWN: 16 / 15 / 14 / 13 / 12
Active - If Enemy Target: Relic fires a bolt of temporal energy that forces his target to attempt to return to where they were several seconds ago. The effect will mimic any short-distance blinks and dashes used, except in reverse.
Active - If Allied Target: Relic conjures a backup of his target for 3 seconds. After the 3 seconds, if it survives, the target regains any missing health and mana relative to the backup. The backup takes 60% increased damage and cannot move.
Duration: 1.4 / 1.8 / 2.2 / 2.6 / 3 seconds
The effect is considered a forced action (like Charm, Taunt and Fear), and will be affected by crowd control reduction. As with other force action crowd control effects, it is superseded by newer crowd control effects.
COST: 80 / 90 / 100 / 110 / 120 mana
COOLDOWN: 20 / 17 / 14 / 11 / 8
Active: Relic distorts space at the target location, creating a spacial loop that wraps space around it. Units inside the arena will be trapped in a loop where walking out one side will have them walk in the other; while units outside the arena will pass through from one side and out the other as if the space in between didn't exist. Skill shots are also bound by these appended physics. While active, Relic can activate this ability again to cancel the effect.
Arena Radius: 475
Duration: 1.5 / 2 / 2.5 / 3 / 3.5 seconds
The arena uses boundary wrapping, similar to Pacman. Repeat, Repeat's outer bounds can be used to create passages through impassible terrain. As such, it is the first support ability that can grant mobility (other than hastes) to allies.
RANGE: 550 (diameter)
COST: 100 / 150 / 200 mana
COOLDOWN: 120 / 110 / 100
Relic casts for 0.75 seconds, showing a clock face on the ground around him. After, Relic enters a channelling state for a few seconds, suppressing all surrounding enemies for the duration of the channel. This suppression also halts the enemy's ability cooldowns while the suppression persists.
Duration: 1.25 / 1.55 / 1.85
Holiday To The Past
If Zilean kills Relic, both are debuffed with Bootstrap Paradox.
If Relic kills Zilean, both are debuffed with Grandfather Paradox.
The two debuffs last until both are spawned, and read the same: Universal stability is at 50%.
Zilean, the Chronokeeper, was originally admitted into the League of Legends in hopes to find a cure to his disease: chrono-displasia, that had his consciousness drift through his life detached from it's mortal coil. However, what makes Zilean a truly unique member of the order is that he appears twice in the list. In fact, such is the bureaucratic mess behind future and past selves coexisting in one present is that Zilean's first game under the pseudonym, Relic, occurred before he was even a recognized champion of the League.
The two Zileans went on to spend much time together—much to the displeasure of those who valued universal stability, fearing that if the two of them even so much as cough on one another the fabric of reality would collapse—but as to what or how Relic came to be here and now is unknown, and both refuse to share his motives. The seeming lack of urgency in Relic's demeanor does rest peoples' imaginations, however.
On the flip side, our Zilean has remarked that spending time with Relic seems to relieve his symptoms: allowing him temporary freedom from his disease without having to be in the heat of a League game.
I was accepted into the League decades ago, seriously.
Relic's appearance is that of a cloaked old man. His face is ancient, with hollow, white eyes. Beneath the cloak are robes similar to that which Zilean wears, only faded/grey. He walks bare foot--quite briskly for an old man--carrying a staff which appears to be made from a piece of Zilean's giant clock. When standing idle Relic can be seen to lean on his staff like he's struggling to hold himself up. His attacks are ranged, as with Zilean, except he throws chrono-spheres similar to that in Zilean's artwork (tiny, cyan gyroscope-type things) rather than gears.
COOLDOWN: 8 / 7 / 6 / 5 / 4
Relic creates a spike in the continuum, dealing true damage to his target that ripples out dealing magic damage to nearby enemies. After 3 seconds, Relic returns to the point where Causality Loop was activated.
