Here's my kit suggestion for a western-themed yordle. The defining skill is Final Showdown, which I came up with prior to the release of Graves (very old suggestion). I did my best to avoid similarities to Graves, but I digress there are some similarities.
He's a typical ranged carry, but has the ability to protect himself from the wrath of the enemy team by enforcing duel conditions in the heat of battle.
Furthermore, York would be one of the first champions to utilize skills that can directly reward the enemy team. In that, Final Showdown offers a substantial reward that can be claimed by either York or his enemy; Russian Roulette can backfire; and Rope 'em if used wrong can have York pulled into the enemy team.

Innate: York's attack damage increases by 1 / 1.5 / 2 / 2.5 / 3 every second he remains in combat. This bonus stacks up to 10 times. York is considered in combat if he has dealt or received damage in the last 4 seconds.
COST: 20 mana
COOLDOWN: 0.8 (fixed)
Active: York fires a round from his second pistol, dealing a percentage of his attack damage to the first enemy hit. This ability applies on-hit effects and can critically strike. This ability uses an ammunition system. York loads a round into his pistol every 6 seconds (affected by cooldown reduction), or every 1.5 seconds if he is out of combat. Maximum of 6 rounds.
Physical Damage:60% / 70% / 80% / 90% / 100% AD
COST: 40 / 50 / 60 / 70 / 80 mana
COOLDOWN: 6 seconds
Active: A 6-chambered cylinder appears above York's head with 4 colored cartridges and 2 empty chambers, all randomly placed: 1 red, 1 blue, 1 gold and 1 black. After a brief delay, the chamber starts spinning. York can reactivate this ability while the chamber is spinning to load the highlighted catridge. Colored cartridges deal bonus physical damage and grant a special effect to York's next attack. Empty chambers have no effect. The reactivation of this skill resets the attack timer.
York's next attack slows his target for 2 seconds and applies grievous wound for 5 seconds.
Slow: 30 / 35 / 40 / 45 / 50 %
York's next attack damages all enemies in a cone.
Cone Angle: 75 º
Cone Range: 550
York's next attack is guarenteed to critically strike.
York's next attack backfires, recoiling 40% of the damage back to York.
COST: 90 mana
COOLDOWN: 24 / 21 / 18 / 15 / 12
Active: York spins his rope above his head for up to 3 seconds, disabling his auto-attacks whilst spinning. York can reactivate this ability to hurls his rope forward, dealing magic damage and lassoing the first enemy champion hit, pulling them into attack-range if they are not already. The grabbed champion is then tethered to York with an unbreakable leash for several seconds. While torte, the champion with the highest bonus attack damage will pull the other at fixed movement speed. York can reactive this ability after 1 second to drop the rope.
Active: York declares a duel-to-the-death with the target enemy champion, establishing an large arena centered around the two champions. Whilst the duel persists, York and his opponent will take no damage or negative debuffs from other sources, and may not target or debuff other enemies. The winner is cleansed of all debuffs and healed for a percentage of their maximum health. If either champion exits the arena for longer than 1.5 seconds, the duel is thrown. The forfeit for throwing the game is magic damage, which only applies to York's opponent as York makes the rules. The duel is considered a draw after 15 seconds.

"Ssssh, we're hunting razorfins." - Finn the Tidehunter

Jeddica turns Rock Surfing into an entire champion. Surfing around the battlefield like Frozone, Jeddica combine ice skating with the classical ice-sliding puzzles to provide a unique Disruptor experience.
"(Unintelligible.) Hehehe." - Mowgli the Changling
Mowgli is a derivative of Heroes of the Storm's Murky, a champion that challenges the basic mechanics of respawn times, respawn location and bounty. "I would hit you with my Ugly Stick, but I think it'd be an improvement!" - Nostrilla the Bogey Shaman
Created to meet the very shallow demand for an "ugly female humanoid monster" champion, Nostrilla was originally a Swamp Troll but was reworked with Trundle to fit the frost theme. Instead of decomposition, she now wields frostbite.
"The drums of war never stop." - Thane the Thunder Warrior
The League is represented by many champions that harness the power of lightning, but too few that realize the destructive force of sound. Thane provides a new frame of reference for the saying, "crack of doom".
