The core theme was a collaboration with Willbachbakal, although specific balance changes took different directions.
Critical Strikes: Basic attacks and sources of ability damage (excluding applied DOTs) will generates stacks on your target. At 3 stacks, they will take Critical Damage. Persistent area of effects will not generate stacks more frequently than once every 0.4 seconds.
Passive: Ashe's critical strikes Focuses her target for 5 seconds or until she switches target. Versus her Focus, Ashe gains bonus attack speed and her attacks are modified to fire a flurry of five arrows, dealing 115 / 120 / 125 / 130 / 135% AD) physical damage. Ashe does not generate critical strike stacks versus Focused enemies, but each flurry is guaranteed to trigger Critical Damage.
Revised Innate: Ekko's critical strikes deal bonus magic damage and slow the target. This damage applies spell effects. Additionally, Ekko gains bonus movement speed whenever he critically strikes a champion.
Revised Innate: Nocturne's critical strikes deal 20% AD bonus physical damage. Additionally, Nocturne's critical strikes deal 120% AD splash damage to surrounding enemies and restore health per enemy hit (including his main target).
Revised Passive:「 Pantheon's basic attacks and Spear Shot deal 50% AD bonus damage to targets below 15% of their maximum health. 」「 Pantheon will critically strike on every attack versus targets below 15% of their maximum health. Pantheon's critical strikes versus targets below 15% of their maximum health deal (50% AD) bonus damage. 」
New Passive: Shaco gains Backstab when the enemy team loses sight of him, causing his next attack or Two-Shiv Poison to apply 2 critical strike stacks if he is behind his target. Backstab will be consumed on his next attack or Two-Shiv Poison even if he fails to attack from behind his target.
New Passive: Tristana's critical strikes deal 60 / 70 / 80 / 90 / 100 % ADsplash damage to units 185-units from her target, decaying down to 10 / 20 / 30 / 40 / 50% AD to enemies within 185 and 385 units of her target.
Revised Active: Tristana hurls an explosive charge at her target that explodes after 4 seconds, dealing physical damage in an area. Basic attacks against the target will increase the damage dealt by Explosive Charge by 40% and a critical strike will detonate the charge early.
Revised Passive - Spellblade: Critical strikes deal 100% base AD(+75% total armor) bonus damage. Additionally, your critical strikes deal splash damage in an area around your target equal to 100% base AD(+75% total armor) and creates a slowing field. The radius is halved on ranged champions.
Grants Unique Passive - Lacerate: Critical strikes will now occur at 2 stacks. Or, rather, at 1 less stack. This is a singular subtraction. Jhin's first attack will visually consume 2 bullets; Yasuo will now always critically strike, etc.
