I've decided I can't be bothered to track bugs (they take too much effort to test and such). If someone wants to take over, feel free.

Abilities with casting times, such as and , are not cancelled upon death if you are protected by revival effects (namely and ).

I have not tested , but they aren't suppose to block summoner spells.
The particle effect of skill shots will sometimes keep going if they hit a target directly in front of the caster.
Using bouncing abilities on enemies who are currently dashing/jumping will sometimes cause the ability to rapidly damage the single target, without bouncing.
Allied-targeted dashes (Shunpo, Leap Strike and Safeguard) can be cast while taunted (confirmed for Rammus' taunt only).
The following skills are incorrectly flagged as as abilities instead of an on-hit effect. They are triggering spell effects such as spell vamp and . Either their tooltips should reflect that they behave differently to 95% of other on-hit effects, or they shouldn't be applying spell effects ( is literally better on Jax than any other champion).

Taunt particle effect is stuck. It should shrink/contract when she says "Stop".
Currently doesn't interact with terrain.
If Blitzcrank dies while his fist is in the air but before it lands, he will pull his target to his fountain.
With Empower readied, while in , Jax can reactivate Empower multiple times to queue Empower on that many subsiquent attacks.

Removes the Fog of War over the entire area but it only grants sight around the columns. To put it another way: if you use Wall Of Pain over a brush, the map will light up as if the brush is empty but unless the pillar is in the brush it will not actually grant sight in the brush.
Sound effect missing on laugh.
If Malazahar targets while is active, Nether Grasp will go on cooldown without triggering the effect. Malzahar should still form a tether and deal damage, as with .
If uses while suppressed he will remove all components, including the damage. Ragnorak should only remove the suppression and should not remove the damage, as with , and .
The damage is currently being dealt after 2 seconds, which is the drop time before it was reduced to 1.5 seconds.
Poppy can target to become immune to all sources of damage except the clone (she's even immune to Mordekaiser). Could be a bug for all clones.
While Thresh is snared, allies are unable to use the lantern.
Only tested against , but occurred in two games.
The trail disappears if Singed is not visible.

The following are commonly and incorrectly believed to be bugs. In most cases, these bugs are just quirks of timing that cannot be fixed without implementing a priority system.
A single ability will pop multiple spell shields.
Multiple abilities can be blocked by a single spell shield if they land simultaneously.
Crowd control and abilities that occur in the same game tick will both go off, such as and . Depending on the type of crowd control will depend on what will happen.
