Champion reworks/Teemo the Swift Scout (2012)

Just giving him a little once over.

Things to increase his play value/reliability.

Summary of changes:

  • The activated movement speed on Move Quick is now part of the passive/Element of Surprise.
  • The activation effect of Move Quick has been remade, and the skill has been renamed.
  • Blinding Dart applies on-hit effects.
  • Noxious Traps now deal half their damage up front.

|secondname = Can't Catch Me |secondpic = Move Quick.png |secondinfo = (Passive): Teemo is granted increased movement speed until struck by an enemy champion or turret. This bonus is restored after 5 seconds of last being struck by a champion or turret, or immediately upon breaking camouflage. If Teemo breaks Camouflage, he gains double this bonus movement speed for 3 seconds. During th…

Custom Champion - Whisper the Mana Wind

Whisper would be the fifth elemental champion--along with Anivia, Brand, Malphite and Maokai--and represents the fifth classic element: aether (or soul). Whisper is a Mage / Melee / Stealth champion; possessing a lot of damage that scales from ability power/mana and close-quarter attacks (although with above average range). Note that her Stealth is perhaps not true stealth (as it does not mask your location), and would be classed as "Invisibility" under the upcoming stealth changes.

Whisper is a health-less champion. She is similar in essence to Mordekaiser, in that her ability costs and life are both the same. In Whisper's case, she uses only mana (a lone, blue bar). Basically, Whisper's "life bar" is treated as mana, and not health. This …

Archived/Stefan the Ironspine Ripper

|range= |cooldown= |cost= |costtype= }}

}}

Noxus has always been decisively xenophobic, and to find a Yordle who finds himself at home in the sinister city-state is a marvel in itself. But the Noxans were never ones to pick a fight they could not win.

On a pilgrimage, Stefan fell ill with a virulent plague that threatened his life. His plight lead him to Noxus in search of aid from one Dr. Edmundo, although the treatment did little to better his condition. For a while, the procedure had seemed a complete success: but the Ironspine Ripper sought differently. For it was that Stefan had become a yordle of two parts.

It's Teemo in a fedora... what's not to love?!

The core mechanic hinges around the ability to soak burst verses dealing damage: with …

Archived/Manthas the Master of Prestige

Manthas is similar in essence to , in that he is viable as both an ranged AD and AS/AP.

Manthas carries 5 flying daggers in a similar fashion to 's and 's orbs, and hurls them one after the other. These can be used as a visual representation of the current stacks, as well as looking at his buff bar. Upon throwing the 5th dagger, his next attack deals no damage and instead marks the target (by throwing an image of his hat at them). The icon can only be placed on units, so if his target is a structure the proc will wait and he'll keep throwing the 5th dagger (despite not visually holding one).

The Magician's Icon looks like Wizards' Hat, which floats above enemies similar to (which, if Riot align the two correctly could look funny together!).…

Archived/Odyssey the Hired Gun

Odyssey, aside from being a ranged carry, has—to the best of my knowledge—the unique role of being an anti-DPS-caster. By “DPS Caster” I mean champions who utilize low-cool down abilities, and not AD or AP in particular. Ryze, Riven, Urgot, Udyr, and Cassiopeia are among some champions whom I’d classify as DPS casters. This is by contrast to typical “anti-casters” who—whilst also countering the above champions to a degree—focus more on mitigating burst damage. Champions such as Veigar, Morgana, and Kassadin utilize long-duration crowd control, spell shields, and damage mitigation, or high-burst of their own to counter other casters. Odyssey uses none of this, per se.

Odyssey is capable of taking any of the three lanes. Solo top Odyssey can …
