Filum is a mercenary who use an unique kind of weapon: steel wires. Filum has medium longhair, few scratches on his face. He got a muscled thin body, wears a dark leather jacket. Also he wears thin gloves of steel so he doesn't hurt himself. The beret on his head makes him look like a commando, and that he is.

Throughout the years he has been surviving in all kind of wildernesses like the Plague Jungles south of the Kumungu Jungles, the icy mountaintops of Freljord and the island Bilgewater. Though he has been traveling all over Runeterra, nobody knows his real origin. He learned to use wires all by himself as they were easy for creating traps to catch animals.

Patch 1.0
(Innate): Everytime Filum gains damage or does damage to an enemy champion he gains a stack of Nemesis. At 15 stacks he cleanses all debuffs and reduce the duration of following debuffs by 40% for 2 seconds.

Steel Lasso
(Active): Filum ropes the enemy champion's feet. Damaging and rooting the enemy champion in place for 2 seconds.

Physical Damage: 120 / 170 / 220 / 270 / 320 (+1.2 per bonus attack damage)

Cooldown: 12 / 11 / 10 / 9 / 8 seconds.

This is a click-on-target ability.
(Active): For the next 10 seconds after activating Filum can shoot out 5 wires which will stick to terrain for a medium range for 10 seconds. Enemies who walk through the wire gains damage and slows by 10% also it gives one stack of Wireweb. Slows are additively. At 3 stacks inflicts target enemy champion with Grievous Wound, causing 50% reduced healing and regeneration for 8 seconds.

  • If Filum misses a wire it won't appear and a stack is used

Physical Damage: 30 / 60 / 90 / 120 / 150 (+0.2 per bonus attack damage)

Cooldown: 30 / 28 / 26 / 24 / 22 seconds.

This ability is a bit hard for the user. It requires good positioning and planning but can be rewarding. The wires are not that easily seen by the enemy but they will kind of blink like there is sunlight shining upon them.
(Active): Filum runs rapidly forward. Enemies in the way gains damage after 0.5 second Filum had ran pass them. Filum can't cancel this ability by himself. After a certain range and colliding with terrain will stop the ability.

  • Movement speed builds up to 50 every 1.5 second.
  • Maximum Range to Center of AoE: 1100

  • Filum can't use any other actions while in Afterslash mode

Physical Damage: 70 / 105 / 140 / 175 / 210 (+0.6 per bonus attack damage)

Cooldown: 14 / 13 / 12 / 11 / 10 seconds.

This is a click-on-target ability. Looks like Akali's stance while running but then with 2 wires.
Wire Fusion
(Active): Filum infuses his body with wires enhancing his stats with extra attack damage, physical defense, magic defense and health regeneration. While in this mode he can only do melee attacks instead ranged attacks but still can use skills. Enemies killed in this mode will increase the duration of the ability by 5 seconds.

  • Duration: 20 seconds
  • Cooldown: 80 seconds

Enhanced Stats: 40 / 60 / 80

Minimum Total Health Regenerated: 160 / 240 / 320

Using the ultimate again after 2 seconds will cancel the ultimate.
