Zinaida, the Infiltrator is a champion concept, purely fan-made in League of Legends.

Abilities

Analyze
RANGE: 1200 (sight range)
ChampionSquare

Maintains vision of enemy champions for 1.5 seconds after they leave her line of sight. Does not reveal champions turning stealth. Nearby enemy champions are considered "Analyzed" if they stay visible to Zinaida for 6.0 / 5.5 / 5.0 / 4.5 / 4.0 seconds. Enemies remain "Analyzed" until they leave the range of the ability for 1.5 seconds. "Analyzed" champions receive 5% more damage from all sources. Enemies are aware of being analyzed if Zinaida is visible to them.


GAMEPLAY NOTES
Allows for counter-play by allowing opponents a chance to exit range or engage quickly. Innate is of little help if enemies get the jump on Zinaida and her team. Innate is useful for briefly tracking enemies after a flash or blink ability and for giving Zinaida some small leeway for her Analyze ability. Analyze is used to interact with some of her abilities. Represents her observational skills as a scientist as well as her knowledge of human anatomy gained by stealing Dr. Mundo's research.

Passive: Gains bonus movement speed while moving towards Analyzed targets.

  • Passive: 4.0 / 5.5 / 7.0 / 8.5 / 10.0%

Active: After a 0.25 second delay, Zinaida fades into rose petals, instantly teleporting to a nearby location within vision. Zinaida's next basic attack within 2 seconds will deal bonus physical damage and will restore 20 energy. Within 2 seconds of activating this ability, this skill may be cast again to stealth for 1 second.

  • Active: 40 / 80 / 120 / 160 / 200 (+ 100% bonus AD)


GAMEPLAY NOTES
Primary gap-closer, defense mechanism, and escape tool. Purposely has the same range as "Blink" for convenience, but with restrictions. Vision provided by wards, "Analyze" innate, "Clairvoyance" summoner spell, or "Gather Intel" active may be used to aid this ability. High mobility of this skill is counter-balanced by Zinaida's low base movement speed, and the passive of this ability is only active while chasing, similar to Vayne. Energy cost is highly restrictive without the refund. The delay at the beginning of the ability allows player to use "Infiltrate" for a speedy hit and run or for a stealthy sneak attack. Useful for positioning Sabotage skill-shot. Has high-risk, high-reward synergy with her ultimate.

Fades into blue rose petals before she blinks. Blade glows pink while enhanced attack is available.

Active: Throws a powerful hexplosive disguised as a vivid blue flower in a line that will bind itself onto the first enemy unit it hits (stretchy skill-shot). If it doesn't hit an enemy champion it will stay on an area. It has a 3 second fuse upon landing, and it will stun all enemies in a 400 radius area for 1.5 seconds, dealing magic damage.

  • Damage: 80 / 130 / 180 / 230 / 280 (+ 75% bonus AD) (+ 50% AP)


GAMEPLAY NOTES
Her primary ranged ability. Functions as a soft initiate. During a teamfight, it is designed to make the enemy team choose whether they want to break formation (split up) or to stay together and eat the damage and stun. If successfully landed, Zinaida may be able to capitalize on out of position and/or stunned champions with her ultimate.
VISUAL
To quote Taric, "Functional and stylish." Zinaida loves to make a show, and the crowd loves explosions. Explosion looks fierce, but resembles fireworks. Hints of purple and pink among explosion. The center of the flower blinks between black and bright red as it counts down.

Passive: Zinaida's blade is coated with her interrogation serum, resulting in her victims feeling terrible agony. Her basic attacks deal bonus on-hit physical damage based off of her target’s missing HP. Debuff lasts for 5 seconds, and stacks up to 3 times.

  • Passive: 2.0 / 2.5 / 3.0 / 3.5 / 4.0% (+1% per bonus 100 AD) of target's missing health

Active: Zinaida uses her scouter to scan a 750 radius area, informing her of how many enemy champions are in the target area. Hit "Analyzed" enemies are revealed for 5 seconds. Hit non-"Analyzed" enemies within her Analyze range are automatically applied the "Analyzed" debuff. Range increases per rank.


GAMEPLAY NOTES
PASSIVE: Her primary execution tool. Synergizes with her ultimate. Assassins generally do not rely on basic attacks because they are supposed to be extremely bursty. However, this passive is necessary for Zinaida in order to offset the utility in her kit by shifting some of her burst to sustained damage. It increases her difficulty, rewards risk, and allows me to keep her damage respectable and her burst in-line. Her serum plays a vital role in "gathering intel" from her victims.
ACTIVE: Long-range scouting tool. Does not actually grant vision of area, unlike Clairvoyance. She is simply informed with an indicator telling her how many enemy champions she tagged with the ability. Extremely potent when paired with Clairvoyance and her "Analyze" innate due to their high synergy.
VISUAL
The visual animation for this skill is NOT visible to enemies unless it tags "Analyzed" targets. It's supposed to be sneaky to allow her to catch enemies by surprise. I do not believe this is unfair since the ability doesn't even grant vision. You don't even know who you hit with the ability when you use it to scout.
Interrogate
RANGE: 125

Active: Zinaida binds her victim with barbed wire, drags them off, then ruthlessly beats them for information. Upon activation, suppresses a target enemy champion for 0.75 seconds, dealing physical damage. For the duration of the suppression, Zinaida can move freely and will drag her victim around with her. While the suppression is still active, this skill may be cast again to activate Torture. (same rules as Skarner's ult apply, meaning no Flash during suppression)

  • Damage: 100 / 150 / 200 (+ 100% bonus AD)
Torture
RANGE: 400

Active: Zinaida quickly dashes in the direction she is facing. After the dash is completed, the suppressed target will no longer follow Zinaida, and she may resume basic attacks and abilities as normal while gaining attack speed for 3 seconds.

GAMEPLAY NOTES
1/2 the damage, <1/3 the range, and ~1/3 the duration of Skarner's ult. Due to the squishy nature of assassins, short range, and short duration of the ability, "Interrogate" is less than ideal for initiation. Skarner's ultimate is an initiation with emphasis on crowd control. Zinaida is an opportunist, and her ultimate is a punishment tool with emphasis on re-positioning. They should feel VERY different. Zinaida must rely either on teammates for initiation or for a good "Sabotage" hit to help secure a safe use of her ultimate. Zinaida also has a brief window of freedom while her target is suppressed as well as an activated dash. Without the dash, her ultimate would not fulfill its role as a re-positioning tool.

If you're brave enough to stroll into an enemy team WITHOUT using "Infiltrate" (your primary gap-closer), "Infiltrate" can be used to escape with your victim with devastating results. This rewards Zinaida for proper positioning and increased risk. Neither her dash from "Torture" nor her (Q) may be used to relocate victims through walls. Attack speed buff from her ultimate synergizes with "Gather Intel" passive to create a powerful execute combo. Attack speed buff is in line with Fiora's (E), but Zinaida's poor AS base makes it less powerful.

VISUAL
Zinaida envelops the target with barbed wire like a lasso, leaving behind a trail of blood as they are dragged. It's supposed to be cruel and intimidating. During her attack speed buff, her attack animation is modified. It is composed of fierce slashes. She's serious, brutal, and will do anything to beat and scare the answers she needs of out you.
BONUS!
And just for fun, after being "Interrogated" by Zinaida, the victim receives a special debuff for 2 minutes that persists through death. The debuff increases all damage done by Zinaida to the target by 1% and has associated flavor text revealing a humorous secret about the champion.

LORE

Zuan is a city-state that thrives on business and research, where espionage and sabotage are common practice in order to get the upper-hand on competition. It is in this place that a spy for hire named Zinaida made her lucrative living. She started off as a failing scientist desperate for a breakthrough. In her desperation, she decided to raid the lab of one of Zuan’s most renowned and dangerous scientists… Dr. Mundo. It was in Mundo’s lab that she found his immense research regarding the human anatomy and its tolerance to pain. Realizing what she could do with this information, she quickly returned to her lab and reverse engineered a potent pain-inducing serum while enhancing it with powerful truth serum properties. If she couldn't make a living as a legitimate scientist, then she would make a living as a spy.

It was as a spy that she found her calling. People would pay handsomely to borrow her skills for espionage, sabotage, interrogations, and assassinations. Armed with her special serum, she was guaranteed to get all the answers she needed while keeping any gadgets and research for herself. Although she could easily avoid being seen, she could often not resist the urge to be flashy. She felt it was a shame, too. She was so good at what she did, yet no one lived to see the beauty of her work. However, as fun as she found her new job as a spy to be, she felt something was missing. She was unknown as a scientist before, and because she now worked in the shadows she was still unknown to all but a few. Eventually, she quit working for others, seeking to fulfill her own agenda. And so she proceeded with the first stealthy step in her new plan, to walk right through the front door of the League of Legends. By becoming a champion of the League, Zinaida would be able to get close enough to learn the weaknesses and secrets of the League's most powerful champions, summoners, and politicians.

The League of Legends also presents for her another rare opportunity. She has spent so long in the shadows. Long has she desired for a taste of glamour, recognition, and an audience! These pleasures were unattainable in both her previous lines of work, and now she wants her time in the spotlight. Spectators all across Valoran would be able to appreciate her skill, to watch as she stalks her next mark, to witness every kill made with elegance and brutality. A quick kill isn't enough to be adored by fans, however. She'd have to look good while doing it, too! She always believed she had an excellent sense of fashion and style, and Zuanites do love their champions. Time to show off!
