Shao-Lan, the drunk hazard is an idea for a champion in League of Legends.


Abilities

Shao-Lan's abilities don't have any cost related to them, therefore the use of his abilities is only limited by cooldowns. Instead he uses drunkenness as his secondary bar. Shao-Lan starts with 0 drunkenness , and has a cap of 100 drunkenness . He gains 5 drunkenness per autoattack. When out of combat for 15 seconds, Shao-Lan starts to sober, losing 5 drunkenness every 2,5 seconds. Having sufficient drunkenness empowers Shao-Lan’s abilities with bonus effects, but this drains drunkenness .

(Innate):Shao-Lan's constant drunkenness, results in him eeling less pain. Incoming Critical Damage is reduced by 10%.

Drunken Fist
Shao-Lan enhances his next auto-attack, dealing Physical Damage. Each time he is hit by an auto attack, the cooldown of this skill is reduced by 1 second. This ability will proc On-Hit effects.

Upon reaching a certain amount of "drunkenness", "Drunken Fist will heal him for a percentage of the total damage dealt by this attack.

  • 50 drunkenness - 25% heal
  • 75 drunkenness - 50% heal
  • 100 drunkenness - 75% heal

If the additional effect of this skill takes places, Shao-Lan loses 25 drunkenness.

Cooldown: 10 / 9 / 8 / 7 / 6 seconds

Total Physical Damage: 30 / 45 / 60 / 75 / 90 (+1.2 per attack damage)

Hot Temper
Shao-Lan dashes forward in a line, tripping and falling when colliding with an enemy champion, carrying him backwards and taunting him for a short time.

Upon reaching a certain amount of "drunkenness", "Hot Temper" will increase Shao-Lan's attack speed for the duration.

  • 50 drunkenness - 30% attack speed buff
  • 75 drunkenness - 60% attack speed buff
  • 100 drunkenness - 90% attack speed buff

If the additional effect of this skill takes places, Shao-Lan loses 30 drunkenness.

Alcoholic Pain Relief
Passive: Every tim Shao-Lan is hit by an auto-attack he receives a stack of "Alcoholic Pain Relief". Each stack will grant him damage reduction. This effect can stack up to 10 times.

Active: Shao-Lan spills some high-percentage alcohol in a line before him dealing magic damage.

Upon reaching a certain amount of "drunkenness", the active effect of "Alcoholic Pain Relief" will reduce the armor of enemies hit

  • 50 drunkenness - -15% armor debuff
  • 75 drunkenness - -25% armor debuff
  • 100 drunkenness - -35% armor debuff

If the additional effect of this skill takes places, Shao-Lan loses 35 drunkenness.
