This is my first champ concept ever, I'm not that good at using the template among other things. This is an idea I had a while back, but I submitted it on the wiki's general forum instead of actually doing this :P. His weapon is what I call a shield blade, which looks similar to this: [1]

Promote

Dharma fights with a purposeful fervor. When he falls to 15% health or less, he gains 80(+15x current level) Health over 4 seconds and gains +30/60/120 Armor and Magic Resist for the duration of the heal. 250 Second Cooldown


Fateful Strike
COST: 70 / 75 / 80 / 85 / 90 Mana
COOLDOWN: 20 / 17 / 14 / 11 / 8

Active: Dharma strikes an enemy unit with his shield, inflicting 80/90/100/110/120(+60% bonus AD) physical damage and knocking the target back. Enemy units hit by the knocked-back unit are knocked airborne for 1.5 seconds.

  • Physical Damage: 80 / 90 / 100 / 110 / 120 (+ 90% Bonus AD)


Leap of Faith
COST: 85 / 95 / 105 / 115 / 120 Mana
COOLDOWN: 35 / 30 / 25 / 20 / 15

Active: Dharma leaps to a targeted area and strikes the ground when he lands, causing an impassable pillar of stone to erupt from the ground dealing 60/80/100/120/140(+70% bonus AD) physical damage and knocking up all enemies in its area. Enemies closer to the top of the pillar are knocked up longer. Knock-up time: 1.15s at base/1.5s at middle/2s at tip.

  • Physical Damage: 60 / 80 / 100 / 120 / 140 (+ 70% Bonus AD)


Testing Fate
COST: 75 / 85 / 95 / 110 / 125 mana
COOLDOWN: 35 / 25 / 19 / 16 / 13
Eclipse

Passive: Dharma converts all basic attacks that hit him into 5/7/9/11/15 bonus AD for 5 seconds. This effect can stack 4 times.

Active: Dharma raises his shield, taking 10/15/25/30/40% reduced physical damage for 3 seconds before sending out a wave of energy that does 15/20/30/35/45% of the damage dealt to him while his shield was raised as magic damage.

  • Magic damage: 15 / 20 / 30 / 35 / 45% Damage Taken


Undeniable Fate
COST: 150 / 250 / 350 mana
COOLDOWN: 125 / 100 / 80
Noxian Guillotine

Active: Dharma strikes an enemy unit with intense fervor, dealing 300/450/550 Physical damage (+10/15/20 per 100/80/60 HP target is missing).

  • Physical Damage: 300 / 400 / 550 (+ 10/15/20 per 100/80/60 HP missing on target)
