Liusk the Bloody Impaler is a custom template champion in League of Legends.

Liusk has an ammmo system that has a reducing and reseting cooldown under certain conditions. It allows for her to have predictable attacks on the defense, and constant auto attacks while cleaning up opponents.

While she does have limited auto attacks they are hard hitting. It is suggested to play with a high amount of AD on her, as she comes with her own attack speed.

She is health based and thus needs a health return mechanic, especially as an adc. It is based off of last hitting and rewards you for getting 5 or more creep per use of Blood Spines. This allows her to refund the cost of her abilities during the laining phase and out health opponents when executing squishy targets.

Her play style will work best while freezing the lane, and will detriment to pushing hard.

Lore

Liusk Ichor was considered the lowest of all summoners. Constrained and reduced to even the lowest of battlefields, the proving grounds. She was in charge of teaching and informing new Champions how the contests work, as well as how to receive and follow advice and help from summoners.

She was also in responsible for initial power ratings on champions. Then Vladimir came to the league. Liusk Summoned him as she was ordered to. Bringing him to the small path. The red clad nobleman appeared on the platform. Liusk viewed him from all sides, slowly circling him. Judging his appearance. Then Vlad looked directly at him. Liusk almost lost the summoning spell to his surprise. There was no way for Vlad to have seen him, or knowing where he was looking from. The viewing was one way, after all. “Mage Class,” He wrote with his free hand on the podium beside him. “Tell me summoner,” He said, dripping intoxicated joy onto every syllable, “Where do I travel first”.

Three years later, the proving grounds was closed, and Liusk was considered... better. She was still restricted in his selection of battlegrounds. It was during a red sunset that She was approached by Terigon.

“Liusk, the council wants you.” “What for?”

“They wish to increase your power. I have suggested against it as their methods are questionable. It is of course your decision.”

“What do they mean by, ‘increase my power’. How will they do that?”

“They have finally secured a sample of Vladimir’s blood. It was inside a groove on Trundle’s bottom left tusk.”

---

Liusk sat in the chair, desperately fighting the mind magic placed by Gergero. “Liusk?” Asked Gergero, “This is your last chance to say no. Do you wish to withdraw from this experiment?”

“Y-Y… No, I wish to go through with it.” Liusk fought harder, trying to wipe the smile from her own face. She calmly turned to some of the other Summoners in the Operating Room, pausing slightly longer at Terigon. ‘How many of you are in on this. How much magic are you using to to hide this spell from Terigon?’ she thought at them, desperately trying to mimic the telepathic connection between a summoner and a Champion.

Gergero slipped the needle underneath Liusk’s skin. The blood inside the syringe dashed through the needle before Gergero put his thumb on it. It fused with his blood instantly. Gergero’s mind magic broke and Liusk began screaming. The pain of her blood trying to find a way out was impossible to fathom. It began ripping out of her body at random, luckily stopped by the barrier raised by Terigon in the nick of time. Instead of slicing through the other summoners in the room, it returned to Liusk’s body, which began shaking violently.

---

“It has been three months. Have you gained control yet?” Gergero asked from behind the blue, wispy barrier.

“Yes, Gergero. Have you gained a soul yet?”

“What is with all the bitterness Liusk Ichor? I have given you more power, and importance than you have ever experienced.”

“Because your a crazy, sadistic, bastard, and I will kill you.”

“Sure you are, but first we need to test your new found power. As you know there are only a few battlegrounds on Runeterra that would be able to contain you. However your selection, this time around, will not be as... Limited.”
