Active: Ryze unleashes an orb of magical power which bounces to enemy units or himself within 200 range, up to 5 times (for a total of 6 hits). Against enemies, each bounce deals magic damage and reduces magic resistance for 5 seconds. This reduction does not stack with multiple hits. The orb has no effect on Ryze if it bounces to himself.
* Projectile Speed: 1000 (estimate)

  • Magic Damage: 50 / 70 / 90 / 110 / 130 (+ 35% AP) (+ 1% of max mana)

Active Ryze becomes supercharged, refreshing all of his other cooldowns, and gaining 50 movement speed. For the rest of the duration, whenever Ryze casts a spell, his other cooldowns are reduced by 50% of the cooldown of the spell cost.

Changes From the Orrigonal Ryze

Base stats: Base movement speed lowered from 340 to 330 to compensate for overloads change.

Overload: I changed the cooldown reduction for a different passive. Ryze now gains movement speed each time he casts a spell.

Rune Prison: No change

Spell Flux: No change

Desperate power: No longer gives Spell Vamp or splash damage. Grants less movement speed (50 from 80). Additionally, whenever Ryze casts a spell, his other cooldowns are reduced by a percentage of the cooldown of the spell cast.

Example: Ryze is level 18, has built no cooldown reduction and casts Desperate power. He then casts Rune Prison, reducing the cooldown of R by 8 seconds (1 from arcane mastery, and 7 from 50% of rune prison) He then casts Spell Flux, Reducing the cooldown of Desperate power and rune prison by 8 (1 from arcane mastery, and 7 from 50% of rune prison). Desperate power now has a cooldown of 84, Rune Prison has a cooldown of 6 and Spell Flux has a cooldown of 14.

This combo would have been better using Overload inbetween each spell, but this was just an example.
