Selina, the Priestess Sentinel is a custom-made champion in League of Legends. She uses power of moon to support her allies and weaken her enemies with ranged attacks. She also possesses great initiation tool.
At the beginning of the game, Selina may bond herself with another allies champion 7.5% of statistics they have is shared with another one (Selina gets bonus equal to the statistics of her soulbound champion and vice versa).

Active: After short delay, power of moon spreads around Selina. Allies inside regenerate health equal to 1.5% of their missing health per second when inside of it and enemies take damage.
Warded enemies are also silenced for as long as they are within the area and are slowed when within.
Active: Imbues target ally, healing them and pushing back all warded enemies within target's attack range, dealing them magic damage.

Passive: Whenever Selina's Soulbound champion takes damage from an enemy within her sight range, Selina applies a Ward debuff on that enemy for 1.5 seconds. Abilities gain additional effects on enemies with Ward.

Active: Selina fires a bolt of unstable lunar energy. The first enemy hit takes magic damage and loses part of his armor and attack damage for 4.5 seconds
If enemy hit has Ward debuff, they will be also slowed by 30% decaying over the duration.

Active: Selina shrouds nearby allied champions, making them invisible and increasing their movement speed. Dealing damage will wear off the effect.
